Mozy's Shawarma

Decided to give this place a try today and glad I did. I ordered online for pick up, and was a little skeptical, but the the falafel wrap was one of the best I've ever had. I ordered extra lettuce, extra tomato and extra sauce and they nailed it. The wrap was ripped but I guess that's what I get for stuffing it so full. The falafel were fluffy, moist and flavourful and the online ordering offered the option of paying when I got there which many don't offer. Give these guys a try, you won't regret it!

My boyfriend and I went tonight and got the large rice shwarma box with garlic sauce and found a piece of glass in it! Photo attached

The Chicken Shawarma wrap’s at Mozy’s Waterloo were delicious. We got four of them for dinner, one for the each of us. a) The marinated chicken cut from the vertical rotisserie - marinated, cooked & grilled b) Pita bread - fresh. c) French fries in the wrap - soft. d) Garlic sauce - exceptional. e) Pickles - Tangy and Sweet. As we always ask ourselves once we have eaten. Will we get Mozy’s shawarma again while visiting Waterloo? the answer is we sure will.

This shawarma place is very special to my heart, I can say without a doubt is is the better tasting places I can enjoy in the area. The meat is never dry and the service is very nice.. it’s a bit pricey but they make sure you have enough to eat from one order. I like the place for being so clean too, hard to find places that clean up nicely

I simply did not enjoy the chicken shawarma poutine at this location. The amount of chicken that was served was next to none on-top. The garlic sauce was pre made in bulk batches and the overall experience lacked the authentic tastes and flavors of Mediterranean cuisine. The poutine gravy itself was decent. I've heard of great things about Mozy's in the past, but this visit was truly a disappointing one. The seating area itself was decently clean. Overall, I will most likely not come here again in the near future

Best shawarma! Really tasty and full of sauces that make it just perfect. I normally go for regular shawarma than the full taste one. Last visit I tried shawarma plate. Wow! Amazing especially with half rice and half fries.

Ordered a large shawarma poutine with some vegetables on it for a little extra charge. Ended up getting a poutine with barely any gravy, no garlic or hot sauce (which is supposed to come free with it anyways) and no vegetables. All done through skip so no way to actually get what I ordered unless I pay for a second delivery. Used to be a fan of this place but it's gone downhill for sure.
