We ordered from the Pot-lid Grill Menu and were pleased with the meat quality. However, the heavy thyme seasoning was overpowering and didn’t suit our taste. A menu note about this would help future guests make more informed choices, as the thyme flavor was strong and almost medicinal. Service was also lacking. Despite requesting the cast iron grill, the staff heated the regular grill and gave us an AYCE menu instead. After some confusion, we were given the correct grill and menu, but the server seemed unfamiliar with the cuts of meat, which impacted the experience. Overall, while the meat was good, the unclear seasoning and service missteps made our visit less enjoyable than it could have been.

Absolutely loved my experience!!!! Have tried a lot of KBBQ in the area and this is one of my favorites. It’s great for groups, more affordable than their competitors but just as tasty. The steamed egg and sauce options were my favorite. Went on a Sunday night and they were very busy. Service was efficient. Love having different pricing options and a simple menu. Will definitely be back!!

The cream corn is served in the aluminum cup, very sloppy. And the clay pot is chipped all around, is that even safe to eat with? I gave a 4 star on the food because the pork belly and bulgogi taste pretty decent.

Lots of tables/ no wait time AYCE 👏🏻 at a great price The ramen station is a unique addition that I haven't seen before! Also recommend the fluffy steamed egg, it's huge 😆 also a good selection of banchan for the table

Good service, good quality meats and the ramen station is fun! The have two AYCE options. We went with the cheaper one $29. Definitely will try the $39 option next time. The beef belly is fully of flavors with the fat. The seasoned sirloin was nice and juicy.

(review from 2yrs ago... edited and didn't realize it would refresh post date) Was worried about 3 star reviews @ 80 count. Seems service was the culprit like my beloved Manna so I would try them anyway. (servers were working hard). ANY time I flagged anyone down.. they were on it!!! Cuts, drink, anything we ask for came super fast... manager checked on us a couple time.. Quality was there as I had #12 on repeat 😆 Egg souffle was better than expected!!! Atmosphere was a plus (like that Chicken Butt place but for K-BBQ.) 🤔... Yeah... I'd go back so giving 5-stars... its new... stop acting like a Cartman and ask your waiter for anything you need when they busy.

Don’t get me wrong. I love this place. I have never had a bad experience, but to be denied service because it was just me, a party of one is ridiculous. I should be able to come there and eat alone. Not everyone has friends and family to dine with. I have referred lots of people to this place and it’s really sad that a loyal customer can’t even come to eat at their favorite restaurant alone. Y’all really need to change this policy ASAP

I’ve been here for many times and brought my family and friends here, as well as introducing my friends from out of town to come here. However, our last experiences made us decide that it might not worth the time to go back anymore. During our most recent visit, the meats were disappointing and bland. The service was slow and they put the meats all the way at the other end of the table. I’d have to stand up and reached over the grill to get a plate, which was why I got the small burn from the outside of the grill. Luckily, after seeing me having that issue, a waitress came and helped me with the plates. She was nice and I was trying to find her after our meal to give her a cash tip but couldn’t. It wasn’t busy when we came, just about half size of the restaurant was full. To be honest, the two busboys and the waitress mentioned above were the only ones who were friendly to us. I did tip the busboys $20 in cash for their services. They were so nice and they helped us change the grills every time it needed to be changed, we didn’t even need to call them. Our drink was ordered but didn’t come until we had to remind the waiter again, which honestly came pretty near the end of our meal. We ordered the $29.99 plus tax meal per person, so it wasn’t their cheapest menu. I’m not sure why we had such experience like that, this place used to be really good, but I guess I might need to find another place for all my family occasions in the future. Also, according to their policy, if you want to go there alone, they won’t let you eat there. It’s 2+ people only.
