This place was perfect. Super cozy atmosphere and very kind and friendly staff, even with my lack of French language. The food was DELICIOUS— I got quiche of the day, and it came with a generous helping of fries and a salad which were all very good. And the bartender/barista guy was very cute :)

Nice restaurant in a nice place, but that's about it. Maybe great for locals, not recommended for tourists. When I asked about the menu, I was arrogantly told they no longer serve food. Then the two tables next to us ordered food. So I guess different rules apply to tourists. A 'pleasant' experience and rude, uneducated and most racist service I’ve ever seen. Thank you and never again.

Friendly crowd. 20th Arrondissement established place to meet and drink and have a great time. Right across the street from #LaVieuxBelleville Caberet fantastic view of Paris and the Eiffel Tower during the day and magical view at night

Extremely well situated at the top of Belleville Parc, this neighborhood bar/restaurant has a nice outdoor area with the view over Paris. They serve decent comfort food and standard drinks. The staff is pretty friendly there!

Amazing spot, 5 stars services. Prices are ok for such a nice view (you can even see the Eiffel Tower from the terrace!!). I’d highly recommend anyone who stops in Paris to go there, especially with such a nice staff, they give such a cool and warm vibe to the place.

Nice view, friendly staff and cool spot in the sun on top of Paris. Beers are quite ok and the blond is cheap and refreshing. Some finger food option as of 9:30pm. See you soon

wowowo, so after reading an article on the Gilles Pudlowski blog, of course we thought about finding the local gem. Ex Sanderens and Frechon protegé, and a zippy service...nothing could be more appealing. The plates are just....plates. Ok the burger is not bad (meaning the meat), ok the burrata isn't bad either, which can confirm that the sourcing of product is the one of a chef with flair, nothing else will add this lunch to my memory at all. basically, cook at home on tuesday diner it'll be the same, or almost better. Ok you want to be simple, but you can certainly pump up the dressing. I think i'll remember that burrata for being tasty, but dropped in a bowl above 4 slices of totatoe. Not even any dressing, not even a simple herb. Nothing.....dry as the Gobi desert. I think kids got same lunch in certain canteens accross France. Very discontinued service, slow, inefficient, some would say bobo - the waitress was having lunch when we arrived! that tells a lot. I don't know what happened since mister Pudlow visited, but this is certainly not the same place. Maybe the covid19 affected the logistic or else. Maybe.... So to sum up, come for the view, maybe order a drink. But the food will not be the selling point. the 20th art is the new 11th and there are loads of other places that that mushrooms each day in the area such as Mensae or Yaya, Caché.....with that level Moncoeur will not survive, at least for real foodies. For the pics, I leave you with the best, the view from the area.

One of the best brunches I've had in Paris. I really like the vibe of this place. Perfect spot in a corner overviewing paris. Service is so kind and attentive. Brunch is delicious and really good value for money. I recommend the brunch for 25 euros (although there are options for 20 and 15 euros / or a burger for 17 euros). My friend had a burger and loved it. Remember to book in advance, the place is very popular!
