Model has been an institution in the area for almost 100 years, which means you can also trust them for great bread if you're putting together a picnic with other items from Oxbow. They also have a location in St. Helena."

This is my first time here at Model Bakery. Here in Napa for some wine tasting and staying at the Westin just a 4 minute walk away. They open at 630 and I got there early today because I have heard there could be a long line since it is a very popular place. I noticed the door was half way open when I arrived so I stepped in and asked who I think was the manager or the owner, if I could come in and look at the menu and he replied yes so I did. I stepped back outside when I was done and waited and was the first in line. I ordered the English Muffin Breakfast Sandwich and a cinnamon roll. The girl that waited on me was very unfriendly!! I thought to myself WOW! I give the overall 4 stars because of her lack of friendliness to a 1 st time customer. The food I gave 5 stars because it was delicious!!! I could walk down every morning while visiting here but I may rethink it because of the poor experience from the girl that took my order.

We heard about this place from our hotel. Also saw it was on Oprah list of favorites for theor famous English muffin. It didn't disappoint at all! We got that, the spicy chorizo portable, the chipotle breakfast sandwich, and some apple dessert. Everything was fresh, hot, and incredibly good. The line gets long, but it moves fast. You can walk here from most of the downtown Napa hotels. It's also next to Oxbow Market, so go around the corner there too.

This is a MUST if you’re in the Napa Valley area. We had a difficult time choosing everything that we wanted because it all looked amazing. However, the crowd favorite (and mine) is anything with their thick, fluffy on the inside, and crusty on the outside English muffins. This is not just a tourist must but also a local spot. I loved the English muffins so much that we also went to the Mini Model location in Yountville and I brought a 6-pk home with me!

I ordered the avocado toast and it was out of this world. I wish it was bigger though because it was SOOO good. I also ordered a cheese Danish which was yummy, flaky and so good. The women who rang up my order was kind, patient and helpful.

I heard about this place on Tik Tok and NOT disappointed at all; we ordered the original breakfast, the croissantwich and they were delicious. We also try their rhubarb pie and wow; the texture and the flavors were amazing. The Service was beyond perfect, Javier made a couple of suggestions for our delicious breakfasts and he was always nice and with a big smile. Thumbs up for this place.

The line is worth it! This place did not disappoint. We got the white mochas and tried the original breakfast sandwich, the chocolate crossiant, the blueberry muffin, and the raspberry croissant. Everything was delicious but the English muffin that the breakfast sandwich is made on is like no English muffin you've ever had. They are so good

The service was great and everyone was friendly. The food came out fast and was fresh & hot. Basil & pesto margherita pizza was 5/5. The English muffins were good, but they’re not classic English muffins. They taste like burger buns with a crispy exterior. 3.5/5 Chocolate chip walnut cookie was tasty and chewy 4/5

This was a recommendation from an old school mate. She said, “you have to try their English muffins”. First day I was there I tried their English muffin toasted with butter and jam. Absolutely blown away with how good this was. I think they put crack cocaine in it. Also had their ham, egg and cheese sandwich on an English muffin, it was OK. I think the toasted is the way to go. Lastly, we tried the avocado toast with an egg. Wow! It was really good too with a slice of fresh tomato. We went back there 3 times to eat the toasted English muffins. We were going to buy a dozen and bring them back to NJ with us but we were in too much of a rush and forgot. Highly recommend giving these a try and buying some to go.
