The perfect snack to grab, while walking around the centre of Bologna. Plenty of combinations to choose from, this sandwich is a whole meal, and a great value for money. The staff was quick to prepare our order, and patient to explain the ingredients.

What an amazing experience with these guys. They truly prepare everything with so much love cause those sandwiches taste like heaven. Let's not mention how generous the portions are: no matter the price, trust me: a single sandwich fills you up like its a whole meal. I loved visiting Bologna especially because of the food there: it's top tier. Will definitely come back!

Honestly the best sandwhiches in Bologna. Good prices ( starting 5 euro-8 euro) Very fast service. We went 2 times so far and we are planning to go tomorrow as well. Friendly staff 🫶🏻 You get served by the window , so expect eating it outside. They have also vegetarian options and prosciutto crudo in case mortadella is not your first choice.

Stopped at Mò Mortadella Lab for a late night sandwich after spending the day exploring Bologna. Had the #2 with grilled mortadella, mozzarella, fresh tomatoes, and salad. The sandwich was delicious and lived up to the hype. Very good value for the money. Would recommend and visit again. Staff was friendly and provided prompt service.

Mortadella Sandwiches offers one of the best mortadella sandwiches I’ve ever tasted! The quality and flavor are top-notch, with each bite fresh and delicious. The only downside is that there’s no seating available, so if it’s cold outside, you’ll need to take your food to go. Despite this, the taste is worth it – perfect for a quick, memorable bite on the go!

When a hole in the wall sandwich shop as its own bouncer / traffic control and velvet ropes, you know you e found a gem. I’d wait an hour if I needed to, fortunately, my np wait was 5min and the staff ate all awesome.

We read that this is the best place to get a mortadella sandwich. And we haven’t been disappointed! It was a simple but so delicious sandwich! My Dad got the classic one with just Mortadella and I got one with mortadella, mozzarella and Salad. Both were really good and filling. And on top it was really cheap. I would highly recommend to go there and try the sandwich. You won’t be disappointed.
