The food was not bad but I certainly expected more from the name alone and have eaten much better for a fraction of the prize in a better atmosphere. The fish cakes were really dry and the tomato rice with seafood was under seasoned. The salad was really good. It was nearly impossible to find a place to sit down on a Friday at 3pm. We tried for almost 25 minutes. I didn't enjoy the whole food market - it was too busy and finding a place to sit was too hard. We also waited in queue for almost 20 minutes plus 25 minutes waiting for the food to arrive. Maybe I was just unlucky, but I wouldn't go there again (the food market in general).

This restaurant in the Time Out Market sells Portuguese food like francesinha, sardines and bacalhau a bras. Opted to try the piri piri chicken. It was nice. Paid €12,80 total. There's lots of fish and meat options. The tuna tartare comes with an Asian salad. They do octopus with tomato pepper rice, a veal with truffled potato mash and a sausage and mushroom risotto. They sell wine. Not too busy around 8.15pm on a Wednesday in early September. There was still a wait to get the food and we were given a device that buzzed when the food was ready. Absolutely divine! It was not oily like other codfish dishes we had in Lisbon. Also the flavours were well balanced!

I stopped by Miguel Castro e Silva in Time Out Market in Lisbon and tried their Bacalhau a Bras. The dish had a good aromatic flavour and taste to it, but there were just bits and pieces of cod. Overall, I’d give it 7.5/10, especially given the price.

THE restaurant to try at Time Out Market. Eager to test several meals with my friend, we have ordered 3 beautiful sea food ones, with 2 (large as always) white wine. And, we can tell you, EVERYTHING was perfect. Especially the tartare, that was the BEST tuna tatare we ever had. Melting in the mouth, well seasoned... It was awesome. All of that, in a cool warehouse area, with chill and vibing music 👌
