If it was possible to give a negative star i would. Worst experience ever with buying so called "fresh" fish. Bought a piece of Lake trout last week with so much excitement. Then i ate it and it tasted awful and caused me to puke all night and gave me the worst stomach cramps. Beware false advertising on fresh fish. Might make you sick. Fair warning before spending a pretty penny on fish at this store.

The new owners are amazing!! Couldn't be more pleased that they have continued to carry an exotic collection of fish!! The smoked fish is to die for! We will be regular visitors again! Great job guys!

Love this place! Don’t live in the area but it is worth a stop when nearby. The smoked fish is really good. They make a spicy salmon dip which is a real treat. As well, have bought salmon which cooked up very nice. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to go back.

Knowledge and care are what makes this place different and amazing. After years of mediocre or poor fish and sea products, I am delighted to have relocated to the area and found this store. It’s so refreshing to be assured of buying quality products, takes our dining to a completely new level, I love this place.

Such a wonderful experience at this fish market! We were looking for sushi grade salmon to make homemade sushi, and even in the thick of the pandemic, we received kind and knowledgeable advice, and are so pleased with how yummy our salmon and smoked salmon sushi turned out. Thank you!

The new owner Rick and his son are great people to deal with ! They take great measures to ensure they have top quality products are friendly knowledgeable and always take the time to answer my questions.

Great product and service. Shawn was very helpful in letting me know what he had and more importantly where it was sourced from. The store is very clean and all fish is vacuum packed. Call in advance to find out what's on hand. I'll be back next time in the Midland area.

Wr get the smoked rainbow or smoked lake trout regularly from Metis Fish Market. It smells amazing when you walk in from the smoker. Wr use the fish at our restaurant because of the quality. The service is wonderful as well. Highly recommend this place.
