Fun Sunday excursion. There are all price levels of antiques and curiosities, live music and a ton of cafes. Sometimes they charge a 2€ entrance.

nice to meet friends and family there and have breakfast and lunch, too. I went for the bookstore, it has massive collections in multiple languages. There is also a bar and stage in the bookstore where you can fuel your body and relax your mind when you exercise your brain. Outdoor market also has plenty food and drink available. Parking is not very convenient, but I managed to park around the corner outside a gym. Maybe further away it has better parking facilities available. I’m not from the area so I’m not quite sure where exactly. Things in the stores are pretty expensive, as there are majorly made by hand and craft with nature materials, even in second hand stores things are not cheap. But I won’t argue the price with the antique items. Even something that I can’t afford there, I can still study or research it online, gain some knowledge about it is also valuable experience. I went with an eight years old boy, his wasn’t very attracted to the shops and items. I didn’t had the change to fully explore the place, but still I would recommend people visiting the place to check it out, the location is not far from central sant cugat. Have fun!

This indoor/outdoor market is a great way to spend a Sunday. Camden Town feel on the outskirts of Barcelona, only 30 minutes drive from the city center.

I decided to spend a few hours in San Cugat Del Vallyes. Took the 45 minute bus there. The ride was pretty dull- not much to see. I got off the square which was not very busy. I went inside the iglesia which was very dark. There were very few lights - I suppose to preserve the paintings which you can hardly see! Unfortunately, the monastery was closed. I walked to Mercantic - 20 minute walk only to find that not all the shops and antique stalls were open. The things were very expensive! I would steer clear off this place!

First time! Can’t wait to go back! The best vibe with so many treasures!

Wonderful vintage market and antiquities. The best is during the weekend, especially on Sundays. A few restaurants are available and the atmosphere is very calm, stylish and peaceful. If you have a free Sunday don’t skip this place.

Awesome place. If you’re around Sant Cugat on any given weekend and want to hang around creative people, browse vintage furniture, eat great food, and chill in a nice spot. This is worth checking out. A maze of small and big vintage shops, stands with hand crafted unique pieces, restaurants , coffee bars , art expositions, nooks with trinkets… it’s magical. Best day Saturday or Sunday.
