What a deceitful company. im having an issue. i bought an item on Tuesday, it arrived Thursday. tried to action a refund on my account as I've always done, and noticed that there was no return section in the order history. so I phoned, emailed, whatsapped, rung the head office and had no reply on Friday. so I did the same on Monday, to which I received: "sorry you are not able to return the item and we can't help you any further" i have replied back, but still waiting for a response. so, I have had to contact my bank to try and get them to help, and might have to contact trading standards as MATCHES are still trading. i was not informed i could not return items at the point of purchase, and as i understand it, the company has now changed hands. I am £200 out of pocket, and am now learning i am not the only one.

Excellent space and lovely fashion pieces. Would definitely recommend it for high end fashion pieces. An amazing complimentary cafe at the top too

Overnight they stopped shipping to Spain. My loyalty program lost, no explanation. I will contact the Spanish consumer authorities, because the rest of Europe they ship (except Portugal and Spain). Racism?

NEVER EVER BUY FROM MATCHES FASHION, THEY HAVE GONE INTO ADMINSTRATION AND NOT REFUNDING ANY ONLINE ORDERS, SAYS NOTHING OF IT ONLINE APART FROM A TINY DISAPPEARING BAR AT THE TOP! COMPELTELY DISHONEST & DISGUSTING, COMPANY IN CONTROL OF ADMINSTRATERS NOW WHO ARE MAKING THEIR OWN RULES AND DO NOT WANT TO LET ANY OF THE MONEY GO. Do not make the mistake I did, i'm now stuck with a £500 coat that doesnt fit me, please avoid buying anything online from them unless youre happy to risk your money. They are going against consumer rights act and email support said they can't assist as the adminstraters have overriden any previous matches decisions. Do not even bother phoning, the answer machine says they arent taking calls. Am just disgusted and shocked companies can do this to consumers these days. Bring your hard earned money and business elsewhere! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I ordered Acne Studios jeans and received some weird item torn into pieces instead. Can not get neither refund nor any response from customer support since weeks.

I had unpleasant experience, and i called twice to complain and they didn’t even bother to call back , and when i came back home i noticed that they made me pay a price that i am not suppose to pay , one of the worst customer service ever you should face this in a luxury shop

Worst company ever Not received parcel and they don’t bother to investigate Phone lines are off and Whatsaap agent will not provide name or helpful

Packaging was destroyed during transit? have sent 4 reminders via email. No reply whatsoever. Appalling customer service
