"The owners of Mama Rocks, two sisters from London with Kenyan heritage, decided to introducethe food truck revolution to Nairobi. Their pale pink truck, located most days outsidethe Alchemist bar in Westlands, has sent Kenyans wild with joy and praise for the gourmet burgers. Mama Rocks recipes infuseWestern/American traditional foodswith an African twist, like the Nollywood Suya Saga burger (a beef burger dressed with caramelized onions, arugula, and a honey and nut mayo blend), served with fried plantains on the side. Despite identifying asa burger truck, Mama Rocksturns out delicious salads and drinks, too. The veggie burger (a falafel patty topped with haloumi cheese) is one of the most popular items on the menu."

Back in 2018/9 i used to think this was the best burger place in town. Come 2024, ordered from their new claycity branch and I was disappointed. This burger has become so mediocre. In size and in flavor. I dont recommend

This place is a top contender in my list of the the best places to have burgers to have in Nairobi. The fact that it's a food truck also excited me for some reason. I visited on a Thursday afternoon and their service was impeccable. The waitress we had was very willing to suggest her favorites when we asked and her choices were amazing! The Kuku republic is a must have in my opinion. The flavors in that burger just blew my mind. Their milkshakes were sub standard but okay all the same. I'd definitely recommend.

Tasty burgers and unique unlike the other s in town fused with good service from the wonderful and friendly wait staffs.its a good place to chill but Abit challenging during dusty days.Generally its a good place to share a meal with someone.love it.

The Burgers Rock! Amazing Patty, buns are excellent, Tried the Mango Mayo and while it wasn't an instant hit, I warmed up to it over the course of the meal. Fast, friendly, professional service. Fair - Medium upper range prices but totally worth it. The atmosphere is where perhaps struggles alil but it's a shared space with the Alchemist and all the others so, cannot fault them. Try it!

THE BURGERS!!! 👌 I only heard of them till I tasted. They lived up to their reputation. Deliciously made. Then the service by DORRIS topped it all up. Very warm and welcoming. Absolutely informative and patient. Ask for Doris once you are there. Its a place I'm definitely visiting again or ordering from.
