Maker Pizza is a standout in the pizza scene. Their pepperoni pizza is a fan favourite, and for good reason. The crust is perfectly crispy, with a nice char on the edges, providing a great balance between crunch and chewiness. The sauce is flavourful, tangy, and well seasoned, complementing the rich, savoury taste of the pepperoni. The pepperoni itself is top notch, crispy around the edges with a slightly smoky flavour that stands out without overpowering the other ingredients. The cheese is generous, gooey, and melts beautifully, creating that perfect pizza bite. Overall, Maker Pizza offers a delightful pepperoni pizza that checks all the boxes: great crust, high quality toppings, and a well balanced flavours profile. Whether you’re a pizza purist or someone who enjoys a flavourful twist on the classic, their pepperoni pizza delivers a satisfying experience.

The pizza was good, not very saucy but pretty good. Loved that they had a bunch of vegetarian options to choose from! We had the cheese slice and the one with the spicy pineapples (taverna?) and both were very nice. The pineapple pizza had so many things on it but it was all pretty well balanced! The spicy garlic dip was excellent and actually spicy! The only thing I disliked about the pizza was the amount of oil that was dripping as I ate it. But the crust was quite nice. The space looked a little uncared for to be honest, the long table was dirty with crumbs and some grease and that was a little off-putting for me personally. And while the staff were not rude, they were either not having it, or we're just used to a more 'happier' (for the lack of a better word) staff who greet us and are delighted to give us recommendations. This wasn't one of those experiences. Definitely give this place a try for the pizza but keep expectations low for the rest. Haha.

tried the original pepperoni pizza while our friend got napoli dynamite. the crust is crispy while still being chewy/doughy and the sauce is expertly made. small selection of seating inside, but we wanted to eat it ASAP as it just came out of the oven. some of the best pizza i've had in the city! well definitely be back.

Unique pizza place with some very different combinations. I enjoyed the crust bagel topping a lot and the sweetness of the honey went well with the intense flavors. I'd try the sesame if in the area again. There's a bit of seating inside, which is good, and it looks very clean.

I used to love Maker's Pizza. I grew up going here and always thought of it as one of my favorite local spots. The pizza is great, and it holds a lot of nostalgia for me. But a couple months ago, I asked the staff at the counter if they cross-contaminate with meat, and they told me yes. As someone who can’t eat anything that comes into contact with meat for religious reasons (I'm Muslim), that was really disappointing to hear. I was told that I could order a whole pizza and request special accommodations — which I appreciate — but sometimes you just want a single slice, not a whole pie. It’s not always practical or affordable to buy an entire pizza just to feel safe eating here. I’m sharing this because I know a lot of people have dietary restrictions or religious dietary needs, and it's something to be aware of. I still have a lot of love for this place, but it genuinely hurts not to be able to enjoy it like I used to. I hope one day they’ll consider making some changes that allow more people to eat here safely.

While tucked away and tough to spot, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the pizza was delicious. 10/10 would eat again. This place deserves all the stars. The only thing that would make it better would be more seating and tables. Perhaps one day, if they ever move, they will find a bigger location. 15 minutes for amazing Zza. I now understand why my buddies at work have over these guys.

Can't really speak to the atmosphere (delivery), but what I can say is the delivery driver and the quality of the food was exceptional. Food was cooked well, hot, and very generous. Definitely worth the slightly more premium price. And the delivery person from Maker called me to make sure I knew the pizza had been dropped off at the right door, AND sent a text. Above and beyond, definitely my favourite pizza place in the city.
