Maison Margiela Paris Grenelle Store

Went to the store looking for a shoe, I was being help by a guy that he didn’t want to give his name, we had long paintings nails, at the moment I enter the store we just keep saying that he doesn’t had any shoes but at the same sizes has given the shoes that I want to a guy next to me, we told me a phrase that is that my feet have no quality for the brand, and start discriminating us saying that we cannot afford the shoe. Very by behavior and person and here I get the question how people like this can work on a unique brand.

Extremely welcoming and helpful staff. She is really nice to me and my boyfriends. You rarely have a good bit of chat with the staff, who are happy to share their knowledge and understanding of the brand with customers in such a lovely manner. I will happily visit the store again for sure.

5 stars for Konstantin, he was a sweetheart and super helpful even though I told him I was not going to buy anything that day. This is the customer service every brand should aim for!

They were so welcoming. English speakers dont hesitate to drop bye! My sister and I felt like the only clients in the world. We will certainly be retuning soon.

I was looking to try on Tabi shoes for size and SA Dylan made the whole experience so great! He was kind, patient and very acommodating. He asked us if we wanted something to drink right as we entered the boutique. My size in the Tabi Mary Janes wasn’t available in the boutique that day but Dylan ordered them- and the very next day, they arrived. They were perfect! I cannot recommend this boutique enough, and especially Dylan! Thank you so much, I will definitely come back the next time I am in Paris.

It's a nice Margiela store. A bit smaller and more understated than others (THERE'S A HUGE CHROME SLIDE IN BEIJING!) but the staff was friendly and I bought some shoes!
