Lux Eleven Berlin-Mitte

This is a real gem in the heart of East Berlin. I spent a week there in October and I had a great time. Unfortunately, I had to leave a day early due to a family illness and the hotel graciously refunded one night stay under the circumstances and I was very appreciative of the hotels accommodation under the circumstances. The rooms are very nice and very clean and the front desk staff is very helpful. The hotel is centrally located and close to all of the highlights including Alexanderplatz, the Brandenburg gate, As well as multiple points of interest and the museums.i highly recommend this hotel and will certainly return on my next visit to Berlin.

Nice apartment, it's big and clean. You got a small kitchen area and fridge. Bar table near the kitchen. There is a sofa area where you can watch TV. Lying on the bed you have access to another TV. Shower is near the bed and feels exclusive. There is a place where you can place baggage as well. There are plenty of restaurants around the area. I will definitely choose this place again.

Stayed in this hotel for the Berlin Christmas Markets. The rooms (specifically suites) are of excellent standard however, the staff are what really make this hotel, specifically in the Hotels restaurant. Nothing is too much trouble and the service is fantastic. Would stay here again anytime.

Excellent location minutes away from Alwxanderplatz! The room is well equipped with a coffee machine, kettle and very basic cooking equipment - otherwise excellent restaurants in the area! ||I read that Airconditioning is charged over 2 hours which is not correct - there were no additional charges! The staff is friendly and helpful. Cleaning once every 2 days! ||Only downside: shower in the room which makes it difficult unless you are a couple. The bathroom sink station has a razor sharp edge which definitely needs to be fixed! ||Not kid friendly but definitely recommended!

Great location, near to 3 metro&train stations, which gives very good flexibility for commuting options.Nice decoration, got complimentary 4 coffee capsules and 2 drinking water (one still and one sparkling). We have the corner room, which is quite spacious but a bit dark at night though due to lighting locations. The shower design with no curtain or doors, a bit troublesome as water spills. Little pantry comes with stove top but no pot or pan or any cooking utensils, only 2 sets of coffee cups, plates and silverwares.

We absolutely loved our stay at Lux11. We had been traveling through various cities in Europe and chose this spot for Berlin. We were totally surprised at the large space of the room that not only had the bathroom in a totally separate area (great when rooming with your partner!), but extremely spacious room with incredible double doors that opened up to the TV Tower! Around the corner from the beds was a beautiful modern shower. So much space and so modern we couldn’t believe our luck. Can’t wait to go back and hopefully get the same room. Our mate was staying in another part of the hotel and his room was definitely not as nice but still ok. If you can, ask for a corner room that looks out toward the TV tower with French doors ;)

Outstanding. ||Clean, comfortable, convenient. Great location.||Use of gym across road was excellent and the gym itself had everything you want. ||Criticism: tiles in shower, no, just no. (No small mosaic/square penny tiles on floor in a hotel).||I would stay here again for sure!
