The mall is really bad with poor infrastructure. I don't know it's wearing out but something needs to be done on the buildings as they really look old and in a poor state. However the shops on the premises are top notch.

When I visited it (Dec 2024), it was called China Town Mall, loaded with goods from China. It's always congested and worse during weekends. It has a variety of goods including electronics.
