Lotte Hotel Hanoi

The thing I like the most about this property was the staff. Everybody on the reception desk were very helpful and friendly Tanya, Emily Candy and most importantly Mia. Mia was my main reception contact she helped me check in early (there is a fee but completely worth it) she gave me an amazing room with a fabulous view of the river. Nothing was ever a problem. I hope Hotel Lotte really value her as a staff member. But you could tell that all of the staff at the hotel wanted you to be comfortable and enjoy your stay. Besides the staff the hotel was very spacious and clean. There was everything you needed including a fitness centre, a lovely swimming pool that you could spend all day at and several restaurants. Breakfast is very good and plentiful. The hotel is also in a great location it's close to everything but far enough away from the madness and noise. The next time I stay in Ho Chi Minh City the choice will be easy. Hotel Lotte it will be!

I booked this hotel directly from the Lotte hotel website and stayed there from December 25, 2024 through January 3, 2025. ||I’ve stayed in Deluxe suite which the room was in perfect condition with amazing panoramic view! Most of all, I was so impressed with the entire team at the club lounge. The service that I received from everyone in the club lounge was absolutely superb. Everyone went out of their way to help during my entire stay. I want to thank Jimmy, the director of operations and Tung, the floor manager for their fantastic service and professionalism. ||I will definitely come back for sure!!

This is the best hotel in Ha noi with friendly and enthusiastic staff and manager. The room was clean, suitable and I love it. The food was delicious. I have returned to my country but will definitely come back in the future with my family and friends.

A pleasant stay in Hanoi! Room view is amazing which can see the whole city from my room, beds are comfortable and spotless. There is sauna, onsen and swimming pool in the hotel, although the cleanliness can be improved. Will stay here again next time.

The massage felt totally professional! I was comfortable at all times, my body felt better for it and I would recommend it.||My masseuse was a young lady who ensured that my experience was meeting my needs. She seemed to sense which areas needed additional attention, which areas to apply more pressure, and which areas to be light as a feather. I have never felt so good after a massage||The concierge Thuy and Linh, Mai therapist do a good job as thier role in the spa

Beautiful and modern hotel. The staff was exceptional at all times. The view was incredible. I can't imagine what you could possibly find at fault.

The spa area is out of this world. so many nice and different saunas and a good jaccuzzi, as well as an outdoor and indoor pool(on different floors tho). Women/Men only spa, which is very nice 😉
