Lotte Hotel Hanoi

We had a fantastic stay at the Lotte Hotel Hanoi from 6 to 9 September 2024. We were fortunate to have booked a Club Suite, which proved invaluable during Typhoon Yagi. With the weather limiting our ability to head out and no delivery service available, the delicious and high-quality food during afternoon tea and dinner was a true lifesaver. Breakfast was also exceptional, offering a wide range of delectable options. Despite being a Korean hotel with its outstanding Korean cuisine, it also serves excellent international fare, including Chinese (Tim Ho Wan and another Chinese restaurant) and Vietnamese food served at breakfast and at the club lounge. A notable perk of the Club Lounge was the inclusion of alcohol during dinner.||The staff’s service was impeccable—both personable and professional, contributing significantly to our positive experience. A big shout out to Ms Linh Nguyễn who (correctly) advised us to avoid certain areas due to typhoon damage and gave us good recommendations for food and coffee.||Although the indoor pool is on the smaller side, it was extremely clean and fully functional. The sauna and gym facilities were equally impressive, well-maintained, and a highlight of our stay. One minor area for improvement would be the shower cubicles—cleaning the walls more thoroughly and replacing the wooden stools with plastic ones would enhance the overall experience.||The views from the room, club lounge, and restaurants were breathtaking, offering panoramic vistas of Hanoi. Despite the storm, we felt well cared for and never found ourselves bored. The adjoining mall provided additional entertainment, adding to the convenience.||Our room was extremely clean and comfortable, featuring a generous walk-in wardrobe. Wi-Fi was consistently moderate to strong throughout the stay, and both check-in and check-out were seamless.||While its location is slightly distant from the Old Quarter and other tourist hotspots, transport is affordable, and the high quality of the stay more than compensates for this minor inconvenience. ||Overall, the hotel’s modern and sleek design, combined with its reasonable pricing, makes it a top choice. We will definitely return.

Bright comfortable rooms, quality amenties, a tasty variety of food and beverages. |My office is opposite the hotel and I stay here almost every week. The team is very helpful, diligent and always smiling. They would go the extra mile to make my stay outstanding. Last time I really liked the Korean rice served during breakfast and asked Tung Do who was attending the Club Floor for the brand.|Not only did he remember this time when I checked in but he had also captured the product and attached to an email. Now this is another level of service!

We celebrated our wedding at Lotte Hotel Hanoi, and it was absolutely perfect! From the initial planning stages to the big day itself, the hotel team and espcially Mrs. Huyen Anh went above and beyond to fulfill all our wishes.|The location is stunning - with breathtaking views over the city and a luxurious atmosphere that made our celebration truly special. The event space was spacious, elegant, and ideal for hosting our guests comfortably. It offered plenty of room for the ceremony, dinner, and dancing, without feeling cramped.|The staff were incredibly professional and attentive. They took care of every detail, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy the day.|The organization was flawless and the food was exceptional!|A huge thank you to Mrs. Huyen Anh amd the entire team at Lotte Hotel for making our wedding day unforgettable. It is the best hotel I ever stayed. Very clean, quiet atmosphere, beautiful room, amazing view, perfect location. Staff is amazing, I would say they are perfect. You feel like king when they serve you. Even shower gel and shampoo were very high quality, hand made. We also rented a conference room on a 6th floor. Everything was organised very well. The outside swimming pool is clean and available late hours.

This is my second stay at Lotte and again had a really wonderful experience as my first. The staffs were friendly and helpful and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. I really felt welcome and comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The executive lounge was the highlight of my stay. The service was exceptional and they serve delicious meals with a wide variety of options. Both the breakfast buffet at the lounge and the restaurant were impressive, offering a great selection of fresh and tasty items. The hotel's location is great, having a shopping mall just next door. I make use of the meeting room during this stay; the meeting room was really nice and well-maintained. Overall, the exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, warm and friendly staffs had given me a very peaceful and satisfactory stay at Lotte. Will surely choose to stay at Lotte when I visit Hanoi again.

This was my second business trip to this hotel, and my overall experience was even better than the first.||The food and views at the Lotte never fail to impress, but it was the service that truly made this stay memorable. ||I would especially like to thank my room cleaner, Hoa, whose diligence ensured I returned to a clean and comfortable space after a long day's work.||The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the 59th-floor Club Lounge team.|From the moment I arrived, they made me feel like a welcomed friend.|Club Supervisor Ms. Mai Nguyen and Club Captain Ms. Linh Nguyen lead an exceptional team. When I felt unwell, they showed immediate concern and went above and beyond to help me recover. |I also want to recognize the other outstanding team members: Ms. My Hoa, Ms. Dan, Ms. An Vu, Ms. Phuong Anh, Ms. Ngoc Anh, Ms. Nga, Mr. Quan, Mr. Nguyen, Minh, Khanb, Anb, and Quynhb Anh. |And let's not forget the wonderful trainees: Hang, Linh, and Lan Anh.||This incredible team not only provided top-notch service but also made me feel truly at home. Their professionalism and genuine warmth were remarkable.|I was especially touched by the thoughtful gift they gave me at the end of my stay. |Love you all!||The Club Lounge team is the primary reason I will definitely return to the Lotte Hotel Hanoi.|I highly recommend this hotel, especially the Club rooms, to anyone visiting Hanoi.|You won't be disappointed.

We were very surprised by the kindness and professional services we have received at the Hotel and specially at |the Lounge club. |The hotel is very well maintened, it is very, very clean and the food is amaizing. Both pools are great as well as the sauna. The Lounge club 59th floor is superb (check the attached pictures).||Special mention to Mr Tung Do and the rest of Lounge club team: Mai Nguyen (Club floor supervisor), Minh (Butler), Nguyen (Butler) Khan, trainee Jim, and rest of trainee team members.|All Lotte team members have been great and we have felt special. And feeling special is very important to us in a top 5 stars hotel. |Mr Tung Do was very helpful at any time. |100% sure, Lotte Hanoi is a top quality 5 stars hotel in Hanoi. The service is very nice, and the staffs are very polite. We sought some help from them (for celebration), they replied very quickly and provide all the help we need. Also the room is very clean, the breakfast is so nice. I never expect some quality breakfast buffet from any hotel, but they surprised me. The pho is so nice! I was able to access the lounge with my booking. Highly recommend it if you have extra budget.
