LOTTE City Hotel Myeongdong

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. Overall we had a positive experience and would stay here again. Staff was always kind, responsive, and helpful. The location of this hotel is really great as it's close to the subway station, attractions, food, and shopping. The breakfast buffet was quite good. There's a variety of dishes to choose from and the food seemed to get replenished frequently. The room we got was decently clean. There is some wear and tear and the shower curtain smelled a little mildewy, but we felt the room was tidy and comfortable. The bed is a bit firm, but not too bad. We didn't experience any noise issues, but that may be because we got a room at the end of the hallway. Laundry facilities were great. The machines were clean and there were vending machines with detergent and dryer sheets.

Great stay with my family for 4 days. We booked two rooms. Location was perfect, close to key attractions and sightseeing spots. Hotel is modern, very comfortable and easy good value. Rooms are renovated. Only aspect to highlight is that are relatively small. A special thank to the concierge that kindly helped booking taxi for 5 during peak hours. Recommended.

Great location! 7/11 is on the first floor, which is convenient if you feel hungry at night while jet lag 🫠 The rooms a relatively small. But maybe it’s typical Korean thing. On the other side - the accommodation is perfect for its price. No complains at all. We need to check out later and the staff didn’t ask us any questions, allowed us to stay for free extra hour. The cleanliness is on a high level. The breakfast in the cafe on the 27th floor was a salvation for me! I didn’t like Korean food, so that cafe in the mornings was the only place where I could eat with pleasure 😆 Although the menu is the same everyday, the food quality and the cooking and the cleanliness are great. It’s a good place for tourists and business trip purposes.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was a good size and the shower area in the bathroom was relatively large. Everything in the room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable too. The reception was open 24 hours and the customer service was great. The buffet style breakfast had a large variety of tasty food and the view of the city from there was very good. The 7 eleven downstairs was very convenient too. The hotel is well located in Myeongdong and is close to many restaurants.

This is my second time staying here. The hotel is located very conveniently and is well presented. The cleaners are brilliant. However, if you are foreign do not use this 7-11 in the hotel. You will be heavily overcharged/charged for other people's items. There are other 7-11s and other convenience stores that you are better off using.

The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Myeongdong. It was an easy walk (10-20 minutes) from most places. Check in counter and concierge were above average.The were so lovely, provided us the early check in and late check out as well. The facilities were amazing, laundry machine in 3rd floor and halal restaurant and Cafe. Transportation were easily accessible. The room was well kept neatly. The staffs were friendly, service was professional. Everything was over my expectation. Definitely recommended! Keep up the good work

Really happy with our stay here. There is also a gym and everyone was quite helpful. I can recommend this place. Also it is quite central and very close to center so you can easily move around on foot and be in the center of Seoul. Overall good experience.

I recently spent 6 nights at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was ideal, with easy access to the bus station, subway, and airport bus station, making it perfect for exploring Seoul's top attractions without lengthy commutes. The staff were exceptional - professional, polite, and courteous, which greatly enhanced our trip. Although our room was compact, we had a comfortable stay and I highly recommend this hotel to others.
