LOTTE City Hotel Myeongdong

Great service, great location and great facilities. A wonderful spot close to the train station and staff were kind and helpful throughout the entire stay. Big thank you to Julia Jo at reception for providing helpful recommendations and always doing her best to assist us! Stayed here for 4 nights and will definitely be back soon.

Positive: Amazing location! Located right above the metro, it offers easy access to downtown locations and the airport. Lots of food options and excellent coffee options in short walking distance. Nice views and great staff and service, wonderful 5 night stay. Negative: Nothing.

Good location for nearby retail and other options. The staff are very welcoming and helpful to their guests. We would especially like to thank Daniel for his help in the reception are re how to get tickets etc. Didn’t sample the food, although there is a basic 7/11 on site, and a nice coffee shop, also a Starbucks with limited opening hours. Excellent WiFi, and good room with shower. The carpets and some of the furnishings could do with an upgrade as they look a little tatty considering the high price. But would stay here again, thank you.

A truly fantastic experience. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to the Myeongdong market and the hotel is very close to the bus stop and subway station making it very easy to get around. The room was very clean and the view of the city was really great. They have a 24 hour 7 eleven on the first floor which has an awesome selection of late night snacks and drinks. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. Overall we had a positive experience and would stay here again. Staff was always kind, responsive, and helpful. The location of this hotel is really great as it's close to the subway station, attractions, food, and shopping. The breakfast buffet was quite good. There's a variety of dishes to choose from and the food seemed to get replenished frequently. The room we got was decently clean. There is some wear and tear and the shower curtain smelled a little mildewy, but we felt the room was tidy and comfortable. The bed is a bit firm, but not too bad. We didn't experience any noise issues, but that may be because we got a room at the end of the hallway. Laundry facilities were great. The machines were clean and there were vending machines with detergent and dryer sheets.

Couldn't be happier with the location. It's just a short and easy walk to the vibrant Myeongdong markets. The room was basic but very clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. While the decor is a bit dated, it didn't detract from our overall experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to be close to the action!

Hotel is located in possibly the best place for tourists who want to experience everything Seoul has to offer. Room was pretty clean, except for some hard reaching places, service was really good and all the staff was very friendly. Gym and the cage on the first floor were very good

The hotel is clean with good service from the receptionist. Arrived earlier and able to store our luggage. Mistaken this hotel with the other lotte hotel as I was looking for the hotel next to bus stop for convenience. So if you take bus 6701, you need to walk approximately 10-15 mins to this hotel but with no staircase so it’s still good. Overall it is a good stay for us 😊
