We stayed at L' Oscar twice in a month period and both stays were absolutely exceptional. The hotel is beautiful with a lot of really interesting touches. We loved the rooms, the history of the hotel and of course the fantastic food in the restaurant.|However, the best part of the hotel is its staff. Every single person we encountered was helpful and wanted nothing more than to ensure our enjoyment of the property. Specifically Ryan the general manager went above and beyond, as well as Ali at reception, Michael who helped us repeatedly with luggage, and Anna in the restaurant who took care of us every morning. |We ate dinner in the restaurant twice, and both times had the British chicken for two. By far the best chicken we've ever eaten. We'd come back just for this!|A wonderful, lovely time in a fantastic hotel. Our new home away from home in London!

Our family of five (kids aged 2, 6, and 8) just returned from spending our Christmas holiday at L’Oscar, and I can’t say enough positive things about our experience. The attention to detail shown by the staff to ensure our kids had the best time was truly exceptional. From adding a Christmas tree in our room to providing small-sized slippers, bathrobes, and toiletries for the children, as well as stuffed animals and surprise sweets throughout our stay, they went above and beyond.||Every staff member we encountered made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. The hotel room itself was immaculate and beautifully designed. L’Oscar creates a warm, cozy atmosphere that made our stay feel extra special. I highly recommend it for any family looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in London.||The location is also fantastic—central and within walking distance of major attractions, with public transportation just steps away.||A huge thank you to everyone at L’Oscar for making Christmas 2024 truly magical for our family. We will definitely be returning the next time we’re in London.

All staff members are meticulous and thoughtful in everything they do. They made my children's Christmas experience unforgettable. The rooms, common areas, reception are exceptional. Thank you to all the staff and a special thank you to Mustapha for always making sure we get the warmest and best hospitality. Do not bother with big hotels, nothing beats L’Oscars personalized and warm hospitality.

L’Oscar was an incredible experience. We stayed for 4 nights. We discovered the hotel and booked through American Express and were eligible for complimentary breakfast each day and a $100 credit. |Mustapha greeted us at check in and throughout the stay continued checking in with us to ensure we had everything we needed. He was amazing and even gifted me a small present at check out. I don’t think I’ve experienced this level of service at a hotel before. |The attention to detail was unmatched. After a long day of walking, we returned to our room to find gestures of kindness left for us- a small Christmas tree, chocolate on our pillows.|Ali, the concierge, was amazing, always a smiling face and there at our service if we needed him. The location, comfort, food, attention to detail and most importantly the people, are the reasons we will be back.

My recent stay at L'Oscar Hotel in London was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the luxurious Junior Studio Suite. It was spacious, stylishly decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Their service was impeccable, and they were always friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is beautifully situated with stunning surroundings. The ambiance was perfect, and the hotel felt incredibly welcoming. The food at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was very convenient, making it easy to explore all that London has to offer. The festive decorations in December added a special touch and made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommen

This hotel is nice, but nothing special. If you are sensitive to smells avoid at all costs. It is worse than going into an Abercrombie and Fitch store. The second I walked in, the overpowering smell of perfume gave me an instant headache and made me nauseous. The staff were very nice and attentive, but a bit overbearing. My husband and I arrived after a long travel day and I wanted to stand while we checked in. The reception manager could not seem to understand that and for 15 minutes insisted I sit down. I finally had to walk outside and leave my husband in the waiting area to get away from him and be left alone.||||The rooms are nice. but as in most European cities, they are quite small. The shower was fantastic though! It had it's own room and was very large with many different jet options.

My 4 nights stay at L'oscar was wonderful. Yavor, the manager checked me in early and walk me through the details of the room in a very welcoming, attentive, and professional manner. All other staff members are also very friendly through out my stay. The hotel was artfully decorated with a dark theme throughout. Location was prefect to visit museums or to jump on the subways. Breakfast could improve a little. One thing to note is that, upon checking out, you would be charged an extra 5% of gratitude based on your final bill (beside the service charges and the tips). It is to be distributed as the tips of the staff members. I do wish to be informed before hand as I had been tipping some of the staff on individual occasions. You can ask them to take it off your bill if you want, but the things is who would do that.

Felt like a queen staying at this hotel. Wonderful location right across from the tube station and plenty of things to walk to. Just like everyone says, it's a prime location and yet it's so quiet!! They have a second layer on the windows to prevent noise from the street and it works amazing - I was on the lowest floor and right on the alleyway where they receive deliveries, but I didn't hear anything. Never heard any doors slamming or internal noise either. Staff is top notch. Food is incredible. Cocktails are heavenly. Rooms are the most luxurious I've ever stayed in. 100% will be back.
