Lobster Pot

I had an unforgettable dining experience at Lobster pot where both the steak and seafood were absolutely outstanding. The steak was cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and full of flavor! What really set this visit apart, was the service. Hayley and the team went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable meal. Hayley was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations. The entire staff were warm and professional, making us feel like valued guests throughout the evening. All in all, it was a top-notch experience, and I can’t wait to return for another round of delicious food and excellent service!

The food and drinks were well done. Being from Boston I didn’t know if the bisque & lobster would be up to snuff but it was extremely tasty. The tarpon swimming outside was a nice touch. The patio is where the ambience is and has an amazing view. Order the preamble with bourbon and make it a dramble (and tell them Lucas sent you).

Another Holiday Season in the Cayman Islands by Darren Chaker - To make 2025 start off great means ending 2024 with another family trip to the Cayman Islands. The Lobster Pot is like banking(known for its asset protection) in the Cayman Islands, I can ever get enough of it! The staff is on top of making sure drinks and top tier food is brought to your table without delay, while the sunsets remain on tap. There are no bad dishes at The Lobster Pot. If you are in the Cayman Islands for a day or a week, do not deprive yourself of having lunch or dinner here.

Finally was able to get here on a Friday fheir Lobster Pot Burger special. It didn’t disappoint! It was cooked to perfection, juicy, and I loved the addition of the chilli pepper for a nice kick. Even the prawn in the onion ring was perfectly done - fresh and juicy with a slightly smoky flavour. Would highly recommend!

I chose to sit inside, but still had a beautiful sunset view. I chose the shrimp cocktail as an app, and seafood penne for an entrée. Both were tasty and the pasta dish had plenty shrimp, lobster, and scallops to satisfy me.

This restaurant is fabulous in so many ways. The food is spectacular. They honestly make the best black beans soup I’ve ever had anywhere. It is silky smooth and flavorful with a touch of sour cream in a design on top. The grilled lobster tale Is excellent and I adore their plantains. Sometimes I get the trio of lobster tail, shrimp and fish which is enough to share. The king crab legs are butterflied open in a very easy way to eat as well. They are always succulent. I’m partial to their warm brownie dessert. It’s not too large so if you’re full it’s still worth the effort. The service is always attentive. I’ve eaten here four times with equally great service. I always sit outside here, which is really lovely and if you want to see the tarpon they hang out beneath the seaside railing seats. Even when it’s not feeding time. Such a great place.

The service was amazing and the food was exceptional. They were surprised by the large group that came in unexpectedly yet they offered exceptional service with warm smiles. We had the ceviche which was delicious with the sweet mango. We ordered the Cayman Trio and the Seafood Penne. Best food we have had in Grand Cayman so far. Would definitely go back plus the view and atmosphere was spectacular.
