Great neighborhood spot- easy vibes but with exceptional food and cocktails. Interior bar is beautifully cozy and great for a date or just to hang after a long day. Staff is fun too so you’re always going to leave happier than you came.

Came in on a recommendation and will be back! We started with cocktails, grilled octopus appetizer, and then moved on to the shrimp pasta and trout entrees. Portions are on the smaller size but they were perfectly cooked. The crispy skin on the trout was absolutely amazing. After another round of cocktails and dessert we left feeling perfectly satisfied and not over fed.

Great place! Good atmosphere. The foods were delicious, the drinks were divine and the prices are reasonable. The owners were very friendly and kind. Our food took a little while to come, which we didn't mind at all. It wasn't too long of a wait but she was very apologetic and gave us free desserts to make up for it. The owners and the staff were very passionate about their job and gave very good service. Will definitely be coming back again!

My husband and I were in town and got some take out for an early dinner; a sampling of multiple dishes including the corn and hummus appetizers, and the burger and kielbasa entrées. Excellent food and service from top to bottom! We had first encountered them in their pop-up at Westkill Brewing, and were so excited we got to try even more of their fantastic food! Will definitely be returning!

Magically better and better every time I go. Always delicious, my most recent meals have been remarkably well prepared, inventive and beautifully presented. Start with a creative cocktail at the bar and then enjoy the dining room with its cozy fire and friendly folks.

An incredible spot with small meals to share. The food was delicious — polish cuisine with delicious homemade pierogis. The interior decoration was impeccable creating a cozy and sophisticated atmosphere. The servers were patient and helpful and the drink selection was robust. Can’t wait to go back.

Wow! Wow! Wow!! We went to Lone Wolf prior to a show we were seeing at UPAC. Everything about the experience was phenomenal! Every single bite of food was delicious!! We sampled so many different things. Chicken sliders, Korean short ribs, crispy rice, dumplings, spring rolls. Everything was great. Constructively, the rolls in the chicken sliders were a bit dry; but that is the only thing that could be improved on. I had the "Mad World" cocktail. It was perfect! Delicious, balanced. Our server was absolutely delightful. She was on top of everything, communicative, authentic, wonderful!! The owner came by a couple of times, and was also so friendly and kind. He was so apologetic about a couple items coming out a bit later than anticipated. He generously comped us an order of delicious beignets. The atmosphere is cozy and warm, even the bathroom is beautiful! We just loved it here! I can't wait to come back-and looking forward to experiencing TIKI night. The his was one of the best meal experiences out I've had in quite some time!! Thank you!!!

Cocktails are a little too involved for my liking (I'm a simpleton who doesn't really care for frill) but gave a few a go anyway! Beautiful to look at and decently tasty. Luckily I was with people who make and understand cocktails so they were able to answer any questions I had about ingredients. I'm sure the staff would have done the same. If you don't have an understanding of cocktail ingredients *and* don't feel comfortable asking for guidance, either look elsewhere or use google lol. The staff behind the bar were great. They made our drinks quickly and even assisted in making one of us a run of the mill pina colada (different from the ones they offer. THANK YOU SYLVAN!!!! They use great ice albeit there may be a little too much in some of them. Decor is nice the music relaxing. We sat at the bar so not sure if sound levels in the dining area. Didn't try any of the food but may head back again to give it a go

Cool upscale vibes at this cocktail/tiki bar in midtown Kingston. I really loved the unique cocktail menu which included some cool mocktail options too! So many options I left wanting to try more! The decor and ambiance inside was dark and cozy for a cold night and the live singer there on a Saturday eve really added to our experience. The service was just ok for our table of 4 but food did come out fast. We tried a little of everything on the small menu and the 2 standouts for me were the ahi tuna rice bites and the ahi tuna nachos. The nachos were soooo special/flavorful but also very messy! The drunken noodles, spring rolls, and fries were also ok. I really loved the plating. I think the prices were reasonable for what we were served. Good place for a cute date night

My husband and I came in with another couple a few weeks before Christmas. We were greeted nicely and were seated in the well designed dining room, which was kitted up with a mix of contemporary and vintage furnishings. Our server was very attentive and expanded on our questions about the specials and sharing plates. First we had water and cocktails, I'm not a drinker, but I've ordered all the mocktails on the menu by now and they are equally satisfying and there is a 0% Beer for N/A drinkers as well. For food, I'd order anything on the menu, because everything is that good. Small and Large plates are beautifully presented and a lot of care goes into drinks. It's a place that deserves to be more crowded considering much of the competition in Midtown and the Roundout is cookie cutter restaurant group menus. Lone wolf is a labor of love and it shows.

We went to Lone Wolf after dinner for some late night cocktails. The cocktail bar had a very cozy ambiance with soft music, perfect for a date night. My partner was interested in trying the rum flight called their daily drams. Anton, one of the owners, personally sat with us and explained each rum and its history in detail. We were so impressed by his depth of knowledge and very much enjoyed our conversations throughout the night. He also whipped up a delicious drink after I told him my taste preference for cocktails. We went in for a couple drinks but stayed for hours and left with feeling like we had new friends. We certainly will be back if we are ever up in Kingston.

Came in for a cheeky cocktail close to midnight. The kitchen was nice enough to whip us up some sushi crispy rice. I had a fruit forward tropical cocktail I can't quite remember the name of. My cousin had a whiskey forward one. Both were yum!

We had a good time at Lone Wolf! We really liked the Tiki Vibe along with the drinks. All of the drinks were awesome and really unique. They also had cocktails. The food was very very good too!

Wow... this place is great! The cocktails are interesting and made with great care. Sundays are Tiki themed and very fun! Food was wonderful... we sat at the bar and had the tuna nachos and beignets. Delicious!

Mandatory stop for any Kingston visitor or resident! Lone Wolf features knowledgeable and lovely staff, stunning decor and of course, excellent drinks and delicious food. Check it out, you will be happy you did. The owners are very helpful and friendly. We went there twice in two days!

I was sad when New Paltz lost Fuchsia Tiki, but Lone Wolf is just as, or even better! The drinks are delicious and thoughtfully crafted. The menu of small bites is great, I highly suggest getting a mix of plates. I began with the brussel sprouts, bone marrow, and pork bao buns. All of them were cooked perfectly, and my only mistake was not getting roe on the bone marrow. Oh well, I will be back soon. For dessert, I went with the beignets which were hot, doughy, and delicious with the sauces. The service was excellent, and the spot is just gorgeous. Also Tiki lovers... there is a tiki Sunday!! Yay.

When I asked my husband what he wanted to do to celebrate his birthday, he had one request - to make the trip up to Lone Wolf. We have been big fans of Anton & team since Fuchsia Tiki and we were very excited to discover that yesterday also happened to be the 5 year anniversary of Fuchsia Tiki. We knew we needed to be there! For those of you who know and love Fuchsia Tiki, Lone Wolf pays tribute to Fuchsia Tiki every Sunday, complete with the infamous "Mai Tai or Die" neon sign. The cocktails at Lone Wolf are just as amazing as the ones we love from Fuchsia Tiki, there is no other cocktail bar in the whole Ulster county (and beyond) that even comes close. I absolutely love the decor here, it's so welcoming from the large Lone Wolf sign and grand doors out front, to the cute little monkey wallpaper in the bathroom. Once you step inside, you can choose to sit at the bar (highly recommend) or if you're with a group of friends, there's a beautiful spacious dining room area. There is also an outdoor patio area for when the weather gets nicer. As for cocktails, my husband had the Witch Doctor, Zombies Are Cool and the Mezpresso Martini, all of which were carefully crafted and delicious. I had the Meet Me At Midnight and In My Solitude mocktails. The Meet Me At Midnight is a combination of pear, ginger, lemon and is by far the best mocktail I have ever had!! I can't wait to come back and have another one. We had lunch prior to coming here but managed to save some room to try some of their food items. The bone marrow with rainbow trout roe served with sliced grilled baguette was sooo delicious - buttery goodness from the white butter miso, rich creamy bone marrow with the saltiness of the roe. I've never had this flavor combination but everything complimented each other so well! For dessert, we tried all 3 of their options - the flourless chocolate cake, beignets and creme brûlée. We loved all of them, but the warm crisp pillowy-soft beignets were our favorite! All of the staff members were very attentive and service was friendly! We love that Anton remembers his guests and always makes them feel welcome and valued. We wished we lived closer to Lone Wolf, we are now about an hour drive away. But trust me, it is worth the drive, and we can't wait to come back. Please check this place out, you will not regret it!!

I've been remiss in posting a review of this wonderful establishment. This was our fifth time coming here in the brief time it's been open. It's just under an hour and a half drive from our home in New Jersey otherwise we would be here all the time. It's an absolute oasis in an otherwise nondescript area. The building itself stands out and is very welcoming. You enter through a small entryway into a gorgeous bar area. We were warmly greeted by Anton, who is one of the owners along with his wife Lisa, and seated at the bar (our preference). There were 7 of us this time. We were there on a Sunday which was a tiki popup from their previous venture Fuchsia Tiki bar. We all had multiple cocktails which is where this place stands out. They were recently voted "Best New Bar" in the Hudson Valley. Anton takes great care in crafting excellent cocktails. They also offer both small and big plates for sharing or having by yourself. Some standouts for us were the Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice and the Hot Honey Chicken Sando. Both were absolutely delicious. Anton and Heather took great care of us and we all had an awesome time.

If you're looking for Amazing drinks, delicious food, and fantastic service look no further because Lone Wolf is the place to be!! Anton, Lisa and their entire staff are top notch! From the gorgeous Decor of Lone wolf to the beautifully curated drinks you will be in for a fantastic night out! Everyone treats you as if they have known you your entire life it's so fun!

My husband and I drive 45 minutes just for their cocktails. They have jokes throughout the location about not being in the top 50 bars list, but they really should be on that list. The owner is famous for his Zombie cocktail recipe and we've been fans since Fuchsia Tiki. Luckily they still do their tiki drinks on Sundays. The food here is a mix of Asian/American but o so good. The location itself is beautiful. It has a "moody" feel and is perfect for a date night. We go early in the day so we've lucked out on it not being packed, but I suspect it's much busier at night so I would recommend making reservations. The staff is awesome, everyone is very friendly and helpful. It seems like they actually enjoy their craft and it's really refreshing to see.

Went to Lone Wolf with friends yesterday. What a great place! The decor is perfection. The outside patio is super cozy. Staff is beyond amazing. Anton made us the most delicious spot on tiki cocktails. Food was incredible. I had Ahi Nachos. So so good. Get yourself there asap.

Great craft cocktail bar with decent selection of wines and beers. Interesting and flavorful tapas, great atmosphere and very cozy. Really worth a visit. It was our second visit and it didn't disappoint.

I've been here 2x 2x already and I'm coming back for more! This place is fantastic. The bar has it all and they offered a list of cocktail choices, we sampled several and they were delicious. The food was grand as well--from the appetizers and fries to the entrees. BTW the hot chicken sliders were so good that we ordered these both visits!

This place is a gem in rural upstate NY. The Asian inspired small menu was wonderful. The cocktails are creative and amazing. The service was friendly and attentive. This was my group's favorite meal during our 5 day trip to the Hudson Valley.

Lone Wolf is a Gem in Kingston! Incredible craft cocktails with a great Mai Tai! The Venus Fly Trap is delicious..Pisco, Gin, Rum, passion fruit, Orgea, etc. was brilliant . The food was excellent, Bao Buns, Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice appetizers were unbelievable; there's also a lamb main dish which is excellent; vegetarian options as well; the ambiance is great, sophisticated but casual, very welcoming; there's a great outdoor space as well. Service was quick and staff friendly.

Having relocated from Brooklyn to Kingston last year, I miss my local haunts in Park Slope. I never expected to find anything that reminds me of my beloved Saint Eve's, but then I learned of Lone Wolf. Not only is the service impeccable, food eclectic and consistently good, and cocktails expertly made (the clarity of their ice is astounding!), but this absolute gem is a five minute walk from my house. It's clear, the moment I walked through the doors, that every detail was considered with great care. The decor and ambience is sophisticated but also accessible for weekly visits. For anyone that thinks they can find anything better in this sleepy town, then they best think again and I question their taste in cocktail bars.

My husband and I were big fans of Fuschia Tiki in New Paltz before it closed so we were excited to come up from Long Island to visit Lone Wolf. The drinks, food, and vibes were all perfection. Our bartender Anton was incredibly friendly and explained everything about each drink and food item we ordered. We had an amazing time and can't wait to come back!

Lone Wolf has carried on in the space of the former Lis Bar with style. From the owners to everyone else working there it's a friendly and professional staff. The review by Emily C, missed the humor of the staff, whom most are from the owners other bar in New Paltz. The food is excellent, and changing with favorites staying.

Truly exceptional. Food, drinks, service are all outstanding. And beautifully designed. Have been twice and not disappointed with a single drink or dish. Especially recommend the spicy tuna crispy rice and the bone marrow. There are a lot of great local restaurants, but this is a must visit.

I had the privilege to go to a new local cocktail bar located right on Foxhall Ave in Kingston NY. At first glance the place looks tasteful and enchanting. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. I also had the chance to speak to the owner Anton and get to know more about the business and the story behind . I was able to enjoy a few drinks on the menu. First I had a Earl Grey Mar-Tea-Ni which was absolutely delightful with such magnificent notes of lemon. My second drink was their Espresso martini which was tasteful and honestly made me want to get another one! My guest had a Negroni and although it was made beautifully she realized she's not a Negroni person lol. We were able to grab some bites off the menu and both the Pork Belly Bao Buns and Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice were to die for 100% will be coming back for more. I very much appreciated the amazing hospitality given to my guest and I by Anton and his staff. I recommend to anyone in the Hudson valley to give this place a try and make some great new memories in a kickass place! Hours are Monday/Wednesday/Thursaday 5-10pm Friday 5-11pm Saturday 2-11pm Sundays 12-9pm (They do some cool drinks on Sunday, just take a look at their page) Reservations are recommended

The owner, Anton Kinloch, makes some of the BEST cocktails we've ever had. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND visiting Lone Wolf, and we can't wait to visit him again when we are back in the area. Always an EXCELLENT experience.

Loved them when they were Fuchsia Tiki and now love them as Lone Wolf. The food is great and the drinks are delicious and super well thought out but don't sleep on those mocktails because they are just as good as the real thing and make you feel good about drinking them. Plus the vibes inside are immaculate and it's just a very welcoming atmosphere and group of people working there!

Easily the best bar I've been to. The owner of this place is awesome. If you are looking for a place with a good vibe and fantastic drinks/food, definitely come to this place. I drove 45 minutes to get here and it was worth every drop of gas.

As a full fledged wolf enthusiast, I found the experience here to be entirely disappointing. There were some small wolf statues in very hidden places but no large wolf paintings or decor to be seen. Not one wolf themed drink on the menu, though the tiki drinks were delicious. Perhaps they should change their name or consider adapting to our ever growing community of wolf lovers. The service was great and workers were very friendly.

Very unique. Nice atmosphere. Very nice service. Off the beaten path of Bway. Interesting neighborhood in a mix area of industrial and residential. Kingston has some very interesting spots. The drinks were great. I would prefer more food choices. But that's just me.

While visiting Kingston recently, we wandered into Lone Wolf on a Friday night and right away we felt at home. The ambiance and decor just exude a mellow coolness which is exactly what we needed after walking around on a hot Summer day. The staff are friendly and relaxed BUT also attentive to their customers and get down to business when it comes to the fine art of making their amazing drinks. We had a couple of cocktails and only ate dessert there as it was late, but the food menu looked great and had several vegetarian options (a big plus for us). While chatting at the bar we also found out one of the owners previously owned the great Fuchsia Tiki Bar in New Paltz and remembered us from just our single there last year (did I mention this place makes you feel at home?) We'll miss Fuchsia, but their new spot in Kingston is much bigger and can accommodate more fans of great cocktails. We'll definitely be back again when we return to Kingston.

Do you have any Budweiser or Michelob? Looks nice in pictures and driving by. Hope you sell these beers so we can come check out this place. As we live a few blocks away but we don't drink the beers you have on menu

Absolute top notch cocktail bar. They take the craft very seriously. Also, a few rum gems available- always a major plus for me. The food is waaay better than it needs to be. Spicy tuna on crispy rice is the best $13 app anywhere.

I've been here twice now, and both times the service, drinks, and food have been completely on point. The crispy tuna bites and the chicken sando are must-orders. Brittany was very attentive and helpful with recommendations. Can't wait to come back soon!
