This hotel was absolutely beautiful! There were no details overlooked. The room we had was a large corner room with large windows overlooking downtown Vancouver, a cozy fireplace and gorgeous marble bathroom! Exquisite art, comfy bed with top quality linens, l’occitane amenties, Even the halls walking to the room were pretty. |The food was excellent. The restaurant was outstanding and room service delivered perfectly on time. The staff is wonderful - so kind and helpful. The location was wonderful!|This is probably the closest to perfect hotel we have experienced and we can’t say that about many others. Many that were much more expensive don’t come close to this! Very special!

Luxurious, beautiful, comfortable, affordable. A welcoming check in with attentive staff. The pool/hot tub area was so relaxing and offers a cute view of the bustling city. The inhouse restaurant was delicious (with affordable prices), and room service for a little snack was superb.

From check in to check out, our stay was lovely. Great staff, clean pool and hot tub, nice amenities. We enjoyed the strawberry mint water in the lobby! ||We had arrived early for check in, we were pre-checked in and given complimentary coffee in the restaurant. Everything was smooth and easy.

My husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs. The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting. For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️

This was honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The price was very reasonable, yet the room and overall experience were amazing. The staff were incredibly professional and kind. When I mentioned it was our anniversary, they even left a small gift in our room, which was such a thoughtful touch. Every single person we interacted with, even the staff at the hotel restaurant, was so friendly and welcoming. The view from the hotel wasn’t great, as we couldn’t even open the curtains in front of the window, but everything else made up for it. I’ll definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone I know!

Hotel employees ALL were very helpful, professional, and friendly. Our room was clean, large,|and comfortable. And the dining room dinners near our 5th floor room were excellent. Both the check-in and check out process was easy and fast, and the bell-hops both on our arrival and departure were A+++.

What a great value! If you are looking for an affordable luxurious place to stay you have found it. We got upgraded to a corner suite with a large patio with great views and just loved our stay. The rooms was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The hotel is centrally located and is near shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. The restaurant I felt was a little underwhelming but the $10 voucher made up for it a little bit. Parking was $25 Canadian a night and the parking garage was gated which was nice. The hotel staff were also very pleasant and helpful. We would be happy to stay here again.
