Les Plumes Hotel is an absolute gem in Paris! From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. Julie at check-in was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, setting the tone for a wonderful stay. A special shout-out to Albert, who went above and beyond to assist me with a room issue in the middle of the night (around 2-3 AM). His professionalism and kindness were truly impressive.
The rooms are stunning—exceptional in every way. The unique and beautiful decor adds so much character, making it feel more like a boutique retreat than a typical hotel. Small details like the heated hangers in the bathrooms show their thoughtful approach to comfort and luxury.
The combination of amazing service, beautiful rooms, and attention to detail makes this hotel stand out. Les Plumes Hotel deserves every bit of its 5-star rating. I’ll definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris!

As Australians we recently just stayed at this hotel and we could not fault it. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, rooms were neat and tidy and location was great. The breakfast was very good too. Would definitely return to this hotel!

This hotel is the best hotel I have stayed at in Paris. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. I've stayed at several different hotels in the city and this has been, by far the best I've been to. It's in walking distance for lots of places if interest. What made it stand out for me is the comfort and the staff. I have found my go to hotel in Paris.

On the positive side,
1. Staff is very friendly,
2. Mattress is super comfortable,
3. Shower is pretty good.
On the opposite side,
1. The room is very small, smaller than in the photos. There is no table, and no space to make even simple physical exercises.
2. The room is noisy. You hear a lot from the street, and many strange internal creaks, maybe from the elevator or something else. Not comfortable.
3. The breakfast is very poor. They boil just a few eggs, and if you come to the breakfast later than at 8:30, they are already eaten, and you won't get any protein.
4. A lot of dust in the room, especially on lamps.
Overall, I would rate my experience as slightly below average and would select another hotel next time.

As soon as I checked in, I was greeted warmly with a friendly smile. Also everyone was very helpful. I loved our cozy room, lots of closet space and really well decorated. I loved the theme of the hotel and how quaint and cozy it felt. Anytime myself, and my service dog Beau were coming or going. We were always greeted warmly. I slept great and never heard any noise either from other guests in the hotel or from outside. The location was perfect! Easy walking to lovely cafés, boulangerie and the metro just down the street. Literally a two minute walk. I could also walk through the charming neighborhoods. And accessibility to Monmarte, which was one of my favorite places to get lost in.
And now I have to give a big shout out to the front desk staff who helped me above and beyond they needed to. All of them jumped in to assist me when my phone was stolen. From trying to contact my elusive banks to mapping out any journey I was taking because I didn’t have my GPS anymore. Literally bending over backwards to make me feel like this wasn’t the end of the world. They kindly gave me food and allowed me to try and get into my accounts on their computer. I want to say that anybody that has anything other than glowing reviews for this place obviously didn’t open their eyes to how fabulous the hotel and their employees are. It also might be that Beau was a large part of it lol! But that was fine with me 🥰 And because of this kindness and generosity we will be returning in 2025 and looking forward to seeing our friends again. Best Julie and Beau. 🐾

Very helpful staff who arranged taxis for us, helped with public transport advice and always greeted us warmly. The room was very comfortable. I just needed to ask for extra coffee pods for the coffee machine daily.

Very nice and cozy hotel, in a very good area. However, the big downside was the bathroom not having any ventilation at all, requiring air circulation through the room. We signaled this problem at the reception, but nothing was solved.
