Leilani's on the Beach

For dinner, we ordered the Lilikoi Pono Pie, which, to be honest, wasn’t very enjoyable. However, the Tristan Lobster Tails were absolutely delicious and a definite highlight. The Parmesan Crusted Fresh Fish was well-cooked and flavorful, but we had to request no sauce as most of their sauces contain white wine, and we only eat halal. While the dish was still great, it felt like it could have used the added flavor from the sauce. Overall, the food was beautifully prepared, but some adjustments were needed to suit our dietary preferences.

All I can say is if you get dinner for sunset here it is in impeccable location. The food and service was on par! Appetizeres- onion rings, calamari. My wife ordered the fish tacos and nachos which she loved a lot but make sure you ask for that extra cheese sauce on the side. I ordered the bento box which was also perfect because it was super feeling and the box gives you a taste of everything. My daughter ordered the fish and chips which she loved. My son ordered the Korean chicken sandwich, which I had a bite of and I can say it was thick.......one of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had. To finish off the night we ordered a Hula Pie which is a huge slice of ice cream with a graham cracker chocolate crust. Then on top is blaze with some chocolate fudge, whipped cream and crushed nuts. We got there in the service was impeccable from start to finish. They told us it was a 25-minute wait and they got us seated in 8 minutes. Our service was100% on point. Our first time here we had a server named Brittany who works the outside patio who is extreme professional and has the best personality. The second time we came here we got with the girl named Jessie who is on point at all times. I can honestly say that you're the best servers that you can get on this island. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful place to sit down for dinner, enjoy good food and drinks AND a marvelous sunset. It is best to make reservations maybe an hour or more before sunset since the window tables might not be available later on. We had their macadamia nut hummus with seasonal vegetables, which was delicious. For main, got two of their fish dishes (parmesan crusted and herb crusted fish). Both were really good, although the herb crusted fish’s sauce was a bit too sweet. We also got their hula pie which was indulgent and so exciting.

We stopped by for lunch at the beach bar. We didn't have a reservation, but they sat us down right away. The ahi poke was great (the portion could have been a little bit bigger though!) and the fish tacos were incredible. Probably the best tacos I've ever had. Parking was tricky, I don't know if the restaurant has its own parking somewhere, but we ended up parking at the mall parking lot for $8/hour, which wasn't too bad.

Leilani’s in Maui was fantastic! We sat in the open-air dining area with a beautiful beach view—definitely a must for the vibe alone. I had the Tristan Lobster Tails, perfectly seasoned and buttery with fresh local veggies on the side—so delicious! My husband’s Grilled Filet Mignon was tender and came with amazing bacon mashed potatoes, while our daughter enjoyed a classic cheeseburger and fries. Our drinks were just as refreshing—a guava daiquiri for me, a tropical smoothie for him, and a Coke for our daughter. Highly recommend this place! Be sure to make a reservation.

Good selection of food and seemed relatively healthy and innovative. However, the flavor was lacking on the farro salad and the ceviche is nothing to write home about. The salad had a butt of the lettuce head… for a restaurant of this caliber, this is pretty unappealing. The pork sandwich was tasty and fires crispy. Service was pleasant and attentive. Atmosphere was really nice! Good music.

LOVELY LEILANI’S Great touristy spot for dinner and a view of the sunset over Lanai. We were lucky enough to snag a same day reservation for supper on a Friday and were dazzled by the view, service, and yummy food. Starting with the seafood platter was a good choice and I feel like it was a decent value given what you get. I would’ve enjoyed some more accoutrements with the shellfish. This is for the ocean side patio only, not the upstairs main restaurant. This place is nice, shaded and you can watch football on Sunday in the bar. This would be 5 stars all the way but the problem is down here you can NOT SEE THE OCEAN WATER, while you eat due to the shrubs. Upstairs is 5 star due to the view. Prices are a little hi, but it's a prime tourist area so it's expected. Light beer, Kona, is 10-15$ (2 sizes offered) burger with fries is 22$. All food on the menu nets you about $30 . Isaac is an amazing server so his regards to his service.... He works his ass off and you can tell!!! 4 stars in service is just due to delays he didn't have control of. Featured Korea's fried chicken. Tasted very plained and not Korean flavored. Cheeseburger, spot on done perfectly. Nachos.... Well average at best , but house made chips are either a love or a hate. Farrow strawberry salad, average ....had a lot of non Maui (aka stronger flavor than Maui) onions and it was very light on the farrow.
