Amazing Ski Vacation at a Stunning Hotel We spent a fantastic week skiing while staying at this incredible hotel. The building itself is uniquely beautiful and truly special. The service was exceptional, making our stay even more enjoyable. Every morning, we headed to Madonna di Campiglio for skiing, which was a great experience. The hotel offers excellent restaurants, a spacious and luxurious spa, and beautifully designed rooms. Our room was especially impressive—large, elegantly furnished, and featuring a balcony with a breathtaking view of the snow. Overall, a highly recommended stay for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and great skiing!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying here while travelling in Europe around Christmas. From the moment that we arrived, we felt spoiled and at ease. The staff handled our luggage well (which was quite a bit!). We arrived before check-in but we were offered a lovely cranberry drink at the bar while we waited. My daughter quite enjoyed looking at the Christmas decorations there. Once in the room, we found it comfortable even for all of us and our belongings. Our room had a decent sized walk-in closet which helped us from pouring over into the room with clothes. Bed and bath are modern. Room service did an exceptional job keeping everything tidy. Pool area was a key attraction for us and I was glad to find that kids could go at any time. We made frequent use of it. Kids club was also a big hit for my daughter. Restaurants and food are exceptionally good. Staff is very attentive. Despite it being Christmas, there was plenty of availability for the restaurant and spa. I understand that the hotel was fully booked but I will say that you could hardly tell. There is ample capacity for seating and tables wherever you go and the staffing is more than adequate. Connection to the ski resorts around them is a breeze and they make the whole process of renting and taking the shuttle painless. It is really an ideal set up for a hotel that isn't actually on the ski property. Would definitely come back in the future for skiing. Overall, we had a delightful time at the resort and I certainly hope to return.

Firstly, the information and images displayed on your website do not accurately represent the reality of the accommodations. The rooms, located three floors below the reception, offer a view of the street and main road, which was not what I expected. Additionally, the overall condition of the hotel is showing signs of aging, and there is a pervasive smell of chlorine in the corridors, which was quite off-putting. Furthermore, the spa facilities did not meet my expectations in terms of cleanliness and equipment. In comparison to modern spas, it falls short in providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience for guests. Additionally, the lack of snow in the valley and the necessity to drive to the ski station were unexpected inconveniences that were not clearly communicated on your website. Moreover, I found limited dining options in the town, which added to the overall disappointment of my stay. The value for money did not align with the quality of the experience provided. Given the amount spent, I believe there are much better alternatives available in the Dolomites that offer a more satisfying and enjoyable stay. I urge you to review these concerns and consider updating your website with more accurate information about the hotel's location, amenities, and overall condition. It is essential for potential guests to have a realistic understanding of what to expect during their stay at your hotel.

An incredible spa-resort with a team of hospitality professionals who take the experience over the top. Can't wait to visit again! Our room was wonderful, the restaurants fantastic (congrats Grual for the Michelin Star - well deserved!) and the spa facility is like something out of a James Bond movie - stunning! We very much enjoyed 'apres hike' in October and can't wait to experience Lefay's apres ski in the winter.

Lefay Dolomites is one of the most amazing places I've ever been to. The setting in the mountains is utterly spectacular. And the hotel is beyond perfection in all respects, the design, the rooms (our family room was almost as big as our flat at home), the spa (largest Ive ever seen), kids club (inclusive) and restaurant both breakfast and dinner. Service standards are very high. Even in the quiet season there was plenty to do. Exceptional value for money. Totally unique experience and we would love to return.

For me will remain the best experience. I know there are some unsatisfied customers, but for us everything was lovely. Maybe the massage was a little bit too expensive and not what we expected. The rooms are nice and clean. The stuff is very nice and friendly. The spa area is the best. Of course, there were some guests that were rude and disrespectful, but it’s not the hotel’s stuff fault.

If you are looking for a relaxing location this is your spot. Hotel is very calming. While we did not use the spa services on our stay we did enjoy the views, food, and our room. We opted for the junior suite and found the size to be more than enough. We enjoyed the area with the waterfall and hiking spots near by.

Spa: 5 out of 5. Wonderful spa team! F&B: 2 out of 5 Notably: dinner service is VERY long. I guess because they are short of staff? One not so funny incident we noticed last night: Our neighbour table ordered chicken but came with a rib eye steak. They were quite shocked. It’s quite pricy if you do not have half/full board package.
