Lederleitner Tuchlauben Concept Store

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Tuchlaben store on December 23rd, around 4:00 PM. I purchased a small gift, a box of matches, and politely asked if the store could wrap it as a gift. To my surprise, the young male employee refused, stating that they do not offer gift-wrapping and only had gift bags available, which would cost me extra. This was particularly upsetting because I am a regular customer at this store, and during the Christmas season, I have seen other customers receiving gift-wrapping without any issues. What was even more distressing was that the customer after me was offered gift-wrapping for their purchase. This situation left me wondering: was I treated this way because I am a foreigner or because I made a smaller purchase? I understand that I may be considered a small customer and that my purchase might not make a significant difference to the store, but I want to make it clear that this experience has led me to decide not to shop at your store again. You have lost a customer due to this incident. I felt humiliated and belittled, and this experience has left me very upset. I believe all customers, regardless of their purchase size or background, should receive the same level of service and respect, especially during the holiday season. I have already written to your customer service to request appropriate action be taken regarding this matter, but I wanted to ensure that it is addressed properly. I trust you will look into this situation and take the necessary steps to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Negozio concept stupendo. Si trova di tutto, ma proprio di tutto per la casa (...e non solo). Qualità dei prodotti elevata, ambienti spaziosi e ben suddivisi per temi ed oggetti. Se in zona vale assolutamente la pena fare un giro al suo interno... ne resterete affascinati.

Un sous sol au top pour trouver un cadeau. Articles de qualité et de bon goût. Grands espaces à thèmes colorés. Vaisselle, bibelot, bougies, jeux et jouets pour enfants, lampes, linge de maison, produits d'entretien. Je recommande.
