Le Sen Boutique Hotel

Very nice small peaceful hotel. All staffs are really helpful. Eventhough the hotel location is a bit distance from the center, they offer free shuttle to the town or wherever we'd like to go in a limited distance (restaurant, spa, pier) from 7am - 11 pm (if I'm not wrong) Also, we can use a bicycle with no charge so we rode to morning market. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was superb, variuos selections and unlimited. We had a nice stay at Le Sen Boutique Hotel and wish we could return there soon.

Great staff: friendly and helpful service. Clean and quiet rooms, pool and restaurant. Big room with balcony and rain shower. We walked everywhere, but there is also an on demand shuttle to town and airport. Enjoyed breakfast and dinner one evening. Wine for the pool was warm, but we solved that one quickly.

Have stayed in many hotels around the world, but maybe this is the best! Very good rooms and restaurant - also a nice pool and everything so clean and wellkept! But I think the best is the fantastic kindness from all the staff - really incredible! They even helped me with a visit to hospital and followed me all the way! It is a little bit outside the center, but their shuttlecar helps you all day and nigth! - I give my highest points to this hotel and hope to come back!!!

I had a great stay at Le Sen Boutique Hotel in Luang Prabang. The location is convenient, offering a peaceful retreat just a short distance from the city’s main attractions The staff were warm and attentive, ensuring a comfortable experience throughout my visit. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and designed with a modern touch while still reflecting the local charm. The breakfast selection was also fresh and satisfying. a lovely place to stay if you’re looking for a mix of comfort and authentic Laotian hospitality without the crowds.

Our stay here was really amazing! We had the executive suite and it was really everything we could wish for. The staff was also really exceptional. They went above and beyond our expectations. For example we really loved the banana chips they provided daily in the room and we asked the reception where we could buy them, and they went to buy them for us. The kindness of the entire staff was really more than we could wish for and was to be honest the best we experienced during our vacation in Asia. Especially thanks to Ben for everything he has done for us to make our stay more than perfect. In addition, all the facilities were great. The swimming pool is really relaxing, the food is amazing. We also loved the breakfast, you can choose anything you want from an a al carte menu which is much better than a buffet. They also provide bicycles and pick you up whenever and wherever you want from the centre by car which is really great. I would definitely love to come back and would recommend to everyone to definitely stay here!! The calming, beautiful and relaxing atmosphere at the hotel made us really unwind.

What a wonderful hotel - the staff couldn't be more helpful. It was a great location - slightly out of town but not 10mins by bicycle which you can borrow from the hotel. Great pool, delicious breakfast and lunch and very peaceful. Couldn't recommend more highly
