Beautiful Hotel set in an amazing location. They Views of the ocean are breathtaking from the rooms and Balconies of the main area. Made to feel special by the staff - especially by Johan. Rooms have all the amenities you would need and are spacious. Food was Great - would highly recommend the seafood platter for dinner (and come hungry). You are right at the beach and i would recommend going for a sunset or sunrise walk on the beach - especially during the summer months when its a little warmer. Listening to the waves every evening you are definitely going to get a good nights rest!

Last Word Long Beach is the most stunning and exclusive spot in Kommetjie on Long beach. We spent our honeymoon there and it could not have been more fitting! The view, the special touches in the room, turn down services and the staff’s special care, all were out of this world! You must not miss a chance to stay there!

What a remarkable staycation in our beautiful Mother City! This hidden gem offers breathtaking views and the soothing sounds of the ocean right at your doorstep. The comfort of the room, along with the exceptional service provided by the entire staff, truly exceeded expectations. A heartfelt thanks to my brother for treating us on the occasion of my father’s and my birthdays. I’m already looking forward to our next visit!

I have no words... this place is phenomenal 🙌 from the service to the food and even the atmosphere. Quality over quantity and they truly make you feel like you're the only guest! Special mention must be made of Uncle Johan our porter and now we take him as family. The Corporate Social responsibility by the staff of Last Word Long Beach is incredible. Taking care of the pensioners and less fortunate in the community. I will definitely be making use of this establishment again and again

Last Word Long Beach is a hidden gem!!!!!!!!!|From when you first check-in, your incredible experience begins with a warm welcome and a cold drink.|The setting is sublime with amazing ocean views and also fantastic views across towards Chapmans Peak and Hout Bay.|The rooms ae tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable and there's nothing quite like opening the shutter blinds in the morning and seeing the incredible views.|The staff are attentive, helpful and friendly and will always go the extra mile to assist you.|The meals are delicious and the portions generous!|You can walk from the hotel to the beach and the walk along the beach is so special.|We love this place and cannot wait to go back again!!!

We had a wonderful stay at The Last Word. The room was lovely, the view was stunning, the breakfast was delicious, and the hospitality was exceptional. For anyone looking for a quiet place to relax, this location is perfect, being just an hour from the city. Highly recommend it for a peaceful getaway!

Perfection at its best. |My husband and I spent 3 wonderful days at The Last Word and only wish we had booked for longer. As soon as we walked through the door we felt so relaxed. The place is stunning. Attention to detail is exceptional and the staff are so friendly, professional, warm and welcoming.|The food and drinks are delicious too. |As for the views (from all the rooms) well that takes your breath away. Beautiful white sand, aqua blue ocean staring back at you.|If you are looking for that place look no further. |One day we will return to this piece of heaven.
