Activities include fishing for dinner in the hotel trout pond, touring the canyon on horseback, bottle-feeding the baby alpacas, walking the trails that crisscross the 59-acre property, or simply keeping an eye out for the area’s giant hummingbirds and Andean condors that float on the thermals."

Our three night stay at las Casitas Belmod hotel in Colca Canyon area was top notch. The location is beautiful almost zen like environment seated with mountains all around. But it is the service and attention to detail that makes this resort stand out. Staff knew our names, were kind, friendly and caring. Plus the additional to their local llama and alpaca made the experience and stay fun!

Whilst subtly providing modern amenities, the casitas are set within spacious gardens with fantastic views of the canyon. The trees gently rustle in the wind with hot tubs galore and a decent swimming pool which my kids adored. Also, very good spa facilities and a great menu at the restaurant. Breakfast top notch.

This is a must stay if you are visiting Colca Canyon. The property is beautiful, the staff is very welcoming and friendly and they go out of their way to make sure you are enjoying yourself. The food is delicious and the views are spectacular. Everything was over the top!

This was a really special stay for us, and we’re considering coming back to Peru simply to enjoy Las Casitas again! The food was some of the best we’ve had (and we do take our restaurants seriously). The staff were friendly and attentive, including when I wasn’t feeling well, they sent honey and herbal teas to our room. We stayed for 4 nights and for us that was the perfect amount to enjoy the property and the canyon.

This is a wonderfully maintained resort. We spent two days there last week and the staff service, food quality and servers were awesome. They will even light a fire for you in your own casita's fireplace. The room was large and very well appointed. Two stuffed llamas peeked out from under the duvet at night wishing us a good sleep. They were actually hot water bottles and they made us smile. Attention to detail was perfect and the swimming pool was also perfecto!

What a lovely location to spend time in while exploring the Colca Canyon. Each room is its own little house (Casita) and is large, well maintained and comes with its own hot tub. The grounds are gorgeous and the pool is perfection. The only problem was how little time we spent there because we were out visiting the canyon much of the time. The staff is very friendly and there are thoughtful extras like a warm water bottle sheep they bring you with turn down service. I hope to return some day!

This was just an amazing and unique experience for us. The location is perfect to enjoy the landscape and scenic views. The facilities are excellent and the rooms are spacious to enjoy a wonderful stay. All the personnel and their attention the detail made our stay a memorable one

After an exciting road trip through the Colca Cabyon, we were looking forward to a pool, comfort and relaxation. We found all of this here, courteous staff, fantastic accommodation and genuine hospitality. The spa treatment was excellent and the fireplace in the room created a cosy atmosphere in the evening. The hot spring pool and the view of the beautiful landscape were the icing on the cake.
