Had a wonderful experience at LAGO — the salespeople were friendly, attentive, and had great style (shout out for a funky manicure). My only problem was that I wanted to buy too much! ☺️ Fabulous store to support local designers — you’ll walk away with some wearable art ❤️

It’s a cute store with a little bit of everything. The staff is very helpful to explain where the items were made and the stories behind them. And they also gave us suggestions of where to go and what to do in Mexico City.

My wife and I stumbled upon this place and went home with some amazing pieces by local artisans. Alfonso was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We’ll be back the next time we’re in the city!

During my trip to Mexico almost welcomed by most places except this hole. Went in, no greeting which is fine I guess. Then when I walked in front of the reception table and made eye contact, the girl just made a grumpy face, this is New Year’s Eve by the way. That way too rude! If I am the store owner I will fire her immediately.

I had an amazing experience here! The store had stunning home decor, clothing, accessories and art - mostly from Mexican and South American designers. The service was impeccable, and the salesperson who helped us spoke perfect english and was super knowledgeable about the background every artisan/maker. Can't wait to come back!

Had the most wonderful shopping experience here. The staff was amazing giving me recommendations and was very helpful. I love how it’s very focused on Mexican designers, and supporting local where we go is a must!

I bought a dress from them saying I might possibly return it. I came back to return it only for them to tell me it was a store credit only policy. They did not say anything about store credit only when I was buying my item and when I asked them why they didn’t say anything, they said there’s a sign on the register which is a tiny sign on the opposite side of where I paid. They also told me and my receipt says store credit only—which does me no good if I’ve already bought the item. They weren’t an ounce apologetic and it was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Do not go to this store.
