"Enter the IT Tower and take the lift up to the 23rd floor, before walking up two more flights of stairs. The jaw-dropping view is truly unique and this glazed Villa in the Sky commands a breathtaking vista over Brussels! The theatrically visible kitchen enables you to admire the precision of chef Alexandre Dionisio, whose food is characterised by first-class produce underscored by playful notes and subtle side dishes. Alexandre’s high-flying culinary wizardry leads him to try out bold combinations such as a silky béarnaise sauce underscored with the subtle, savoury taste of oyster leaf (mertensia maritima) and paired with a succulent veal cutlet from Corrèze. The chef also cleverly blends delicate Asian influences into text-book classical recipes. His creative elegance more than confirms that he is worthy of his star-studded reputation. The website says it will take 3 hours to complete the experience, however, it took almost 4 hours to finish the course. My date and I was yawning and sleepy by the end. It took too long between the courses. Bread was nice. Room temperature instead of hot bread, with one kind of cream and one kind of olive oil sided. The main course was pigeon, not used to the meat texture and taste. A bit gamey for me. The 2 desserts were very nice, I love them. Had a nice but a bit sleepy at the end experience. By the way, as a watch lover, the AP clock was a fun touch for the restaurant.

Went as a party of 2 during lunch. Even on a cloudy day the view was spectacular. The attention to detail for service was good, and the food presentation was on point. Definitely prepare to spend at least 3-4 hours dining here if you are doing the full tasting course and expect a few different rounds of desserts.

This restaurant was on our list "must do" and there was a special occasion - both of us did expect a nice view but not a lot asides and thought this will be one of the things you do once in a life and never again as they're not worth it and we were heavily surprised: The view was better than you can even describe with the best pictures, the service was perfect, and the food was better than the expected 1* Michelin, or at least on the top end of 1*. The staff was super friendly and took care of us in a way that is difficult to improve. In total the combination of view and food quality will definitely let us come back - the experience in combination with the food quality is worth it. To improve: there is a valet parking available which I did not know about before, as I think it is not clearly mentioned on the web page. So - this is a topic to improve. There was plenty of parking outside, but having your car taken care is always a great idea. We'll come back.

I have already been here twice and I really enjoy this restaurant. The food is always fresh, creative and full of nice surprising. I really like the way they treat the foie gras. The cheese plate is quite an interesting option. The dessert part is also quite an intriguing part because when you thought it is done then you have a whole new plate arriving. The staff there are quite polite and knowledgeable, they know very well their dishes. Least but not last, the view is superb!

Had a memorable evening with my fiancé at La Villa in the Sky. Lucky us we manage to watch the sunset through the rooftop. We choose the shortest tasting menu (trust me is more than enough). The service is outstanding, for a moment I forgot we were in Brussels (jiggles). The atmosphere is trendy, not too formal witch is surprising in those kind of restaurants. We loved it and will definitely come back!
