Ordered a funnel cake with sliced fruit and no ice cream. Was sent a funnel cake with banana and ice cream. It was leaking all over the bag. Then when we're almost done eating it I realize they had put it hot in the container so it had melted the plastic container which is why it was leaking. This means we also unknowingly ate plastic. Beyond disgusting. See photo I attached of melted container.

So many flavors of frozen yogurt and ice cream. I bought the sour sap or guanabana frozen yogurt. It was as if I was eating the fruit. Although frozen the fruit maintained much of it's taste and texture. I truly appreciated that. There are smoothies there as well. You can choose from a variety of topping as well. Friendly customer service there is a big plus. Go there and live in your sweet tooth's dream.

The owner is the nicest and most honorable man. He helps anyone in need and I've seen him give to family's who didn't have,many times. He's been in our uptown neighborhood for 5 years. He works closely with Charity's in the uptown neighborhood. Always nice respectful and very honest. Great store,and great variety and pricing.

This ice cream shop has variety kind of ice cream flavors. Plus there are some interesting Mexican foods make fresh. The shop is easy to get in from the street. The taste is really unique. You can taste the real fruit from it.

I love this ice cream place! It’s so delicious and tasty! First, the flavors are so good! Every flavor does not disappoint, and it’s always satisfying taking the first bite! Second, parking is free! There is a parking lot specifically for the ice cream shop, next to what used to be Boost Mobile on the left. Third, not only is it a ice cream shop but it’s a lunch spot as well! They serve chips with meat and topping of your choice! It’s really good and I recommend it. Always feels great coming in here, try it out yourself!

The lady I got was really rude and it looked like she didn’t even know what she was doing. She was wearing glasses and her hair tied up in a pony tail. For starters I had ordered a agua strawberry fresca and then my partner was trying to order a milkshake and when my partner told her the flavor she was like we don’t have that flavor when clearly it was right there and her attitude just kept getting worse. I really wanted a funnel cake so I ordered one and she tells me they don’t sell those there and I tried explaining it to her it was on the menu and what it looked like and instead she offered me a churro so I just said I was done ordering and she did mess up one of my orders so I was already pissed I went to pay and whole time she was mad total was about 25$ so I gave her 25$ and she started giving me more attitude because I didn’t tip. Therefore the service here wasn’t great nor do I plan going back there. I always tip when I have good service, but the fact that I didn’t feel the need to tip because the service was rude and unprofessional is just sad and crazy.

Ever since they started having new employees the service has gone downhill. Everything is overpriced now along with the food quality being terrible. I’ve gone here for years. The owner needs to step it up because they are going to keep losing customers. They don’t even know how to ring you out at the register I was over charged for something I didn’t get and when I asked for my refund they refused to put it back in the card and gave me change. Along with this they didn’t even apologize and both of the employees had a nasty attitude. We waited one hour in line just to get attended. DO NOT COME HERE !!!!!!!!

Ordered the strawberry & soursop water ice cream. strawberry one was amazing, definitely is made with real fruit. Soursop was 4/5, texture was kind of thick with a strange mouthfeel, but also had real fruit pieces! Waited in line for an hour but it was worth it. Their sizes vary & have a flavor for everyone.
