We enjoyed a beautifully curated afternoon selection: crisp sparkling water, perfectly prepared café solo and café con leche, and an outstanding lineup of desserts. The postre de queso was balanced and refined, the pistachio dessert rich yet elegant, and the crujiente de avellana was the standout—textural, nuanced, and expertly executed.
Service was warm and professional, with attentive pacing that allowed the experience to feel relaxed and intentional rather than rushed. Everything felt precise, from presentation to flavor.
La Duquesita continues to set the standard for classic pastry and café culture in Madrid. A must-visit for anyone who appreciates craftsmanship, heritage, and understated excellence. Would absolutely return.
