I loved Heels dance class with Federica. I love a choreographer who is able to help students understand the technique and movement by explaining how to use control. I saw a difference in my technique after taking my 1st class with her. If you are trying to level up on heels technique I definitely recommend taking Federica’s class.

Whenever I visit LA, I try and take classes at LA Dancefit. In fact, I just celebrated a recent birthday in LA and took 4 classes this past weekend and loved them all. I took cardio dance 2x, a reggae ton choreo class and also a heels class. The vibe is casual and friendly and everyone just loves to dance. I especially loved Manu's class for the awesome playlist and great and easy to follow moves- Dennis' reggae ton combo was fun and Federica's heels combo was great too especially if you like choreography classes.

Honestly one of my favorite dance studios, and would recommend it especially for beginner/ intermediate level dancers! The classes they offer range from heels to cardio hip hop. Their beginner classes are actually beginner-friendly (not intimidating like some other studios in LA) and the instructors are all friendly. They also have "Dance Teams" each year where students can sign up to perform in a showcase! I did the heels team with Federica this past year and it was a lot of fun. Would recommend trying it out!

the best teachers and customer service. LA DanceFit is my family. They have been part of a dream team helping me navigate the sudden tragic death of my beautiful firstborn daughter Katrina. Moving through dance is medicine to move grief and not stay stuck in it. I love LA Dancefit. This was my 3rd year joint a dance team. My first was in 2022 just 5 months after my daughter died and they were instrumental and compassionate and supportive. When life gets lifey. Just dance at LA DanceFit. First year I did hip hop Will Second year I did salsa with Fayad 3rd year which is this year I did Reggaeton with Dennis. All of which are top notch teachers. Next up beautiful Brooke and I am super excited for that. I love her.

LA DanceFit is an amazing studio! I've been going for years and have always liked the Cardio Hip Hop classes. The instructors have great energy and I end up feeling pretty pumped after the dance sessions. I also like the follow along classes so it's a good way to decompress. I recently took Cardio Hip Hop with Jerod and he was so fun and upbeat. His playlist felt like a good mix of clubbing and empowerment jams. The time flies by and it gets pretty sweaty in there. There is a single bathroom downstairs and upstairs. Parking is available in the neighborhood. Bring your own water - didn't see a refill station.

I've been going to this studio for years and it's such a lovely place! They have such a variety of classes and a great selection to choose from. I've taken everything from jazz to hip hop to contemporary to Bollywood to heels. I love that they have classes both day and night to fit my schedule. The teachers are all fantastic and do a great job of breaking down moves yet still make it challenging enough for seasoned pros. I also love how they let you sample new classes for free every now and then.

I absolutely LOVE Will's classes! Today we had a Soul Train Line at the end of class which was sooo much fun! By my 5th choreo class with the same instructor I already felt such an improvement and so much more confidence! If you're new, just stick with it! (And add a few follow-along classes to your arsenal to practice remembering easy combos.)

The heels class I took with Federica on a Saturday was awesome. She's a wonderful teacher, but be mindful that this is a Heels 1/2 class so you have to have basic dance skills and/or talent for retaining choreography to keep up in this class. The parking is really easy with paid parking all long the street. It's a two-story studio with classes going on simultaneously. There is sound bleed from the other studio, but once the music is on in your studio, you won't notice it. The studio floor does look and feel a little dirty and the front desk woman was a little cold to me, but other than that, this studio has lots of offerings with what appears to be great, welcoming teachers, so I'll be back!

This was my first time back since the pandemic and it brought a tear to my eye to be dancing live. I've been coming here for 10 years and love the studio and owners. The classes are always a great workout, there's a class and teacher to suit just about anyone. The studio is attractive, clean, and well ventilated. Bring water and a towel. I have to be careful because I'm high risk, otherwise, I'd come more often. I think I'll look into the Wollen Dance streaming option for their classes.

I took Body Groove class with Nikki and had the absolute time of my life! When I first heard of Body Groove, I wasn't sure about the style of dance or how difficult it would be. I have taken a lot of dance classes over the years, and this one was the easiest to pick up by far. All the moves that the class does in unison are open to interpretation, and there are no wrong answers! Seriously! If you're rusty, have two left feet, or you've never even danced before, you can joyfully dance your way through this class. AND if you're an accomplished dancer, you will have a blast expressing yourself and get a great workout. Nikki was a fabulous teacher: hilarious, uplifting, and great at breaking down the moves. She was attentive to the needs of everyone in class, providing thoughtful options for modifications that still felt fully engaged with the dances. As a bonus, she had so many creative interpretations of the motions that it was fun to watch her for inspiration throughout the songs. I don't know how anybody on earth could have gotten through even a few minutes of this class without a huge smile on their face. It felt like having an energetic dance party with friends on a weekday morning! I had so much fun that I didn't even notice that I was doing an insane amount of cardio. Go check it out! You will not regret it!

I was really looking forward to coming here, but I was really disappointed. I arrived 10 minutes early like it says to do on the website and when I arrived, no one was there to greet me or to point me towards where my class was. I had to figure out where the class was on my own. When I found the class, no one greeted me and instead they actually looked at me like I didn't belong. As far as the dancing go, don't go here unless you're an expert at dancing. They said all levels were welcome, but the dance instructor was having the class do complex choreography which surprised me since the class was meant for beginners. The website made the classes look like a welcoming and fun space but I felt isolated and miserable. If you're thinking about coming here, just opt for a YouTube dance video instead.

I went to LA Dance Fit to rent studio space and bring something "NEW" the studio has never seen before. Unfortunately upon arrival I was met with very unprofessional costumer service. The studio owner was on the phone 20-25 mins while I was just standing around. When she finally spoke to me about studio rental she was a bit cocky but I was still interested. Although I heard a voice inside me saying- move on this studio is not going to be respectful of my time I still preceded to email the owner to move forward. After emailing the owner three days went by with no reply so I called her and she apologized for not replying in a timely manner. fast forward three more days (6 days) total no reply. I'm not sure how this studio considers itself to be a top studio in West LA...? Our time and dreams are precious. Please find yourself a studio that believes in you. Most studios just want your money. Do your research and don't settle for a studio like LA Dance Fit.

I tried out one of their free classes for the first time members, and loved it. Afterwards, a $99 unlimited pass for all classes was offered for a month, and I also very well enjoyed that. My favorite classes are Dancebody, Cardio Pop, and Wil to Dance's Hip Hop. Parking is actually pretty tough here, so you have to get there earlier to find parking. I was able to find a good workout through the variety of dance classes offered here.
