"En Compañia de Lobos is a young-feeling restaurant group that also happens to operate two of our favorite restaurants in Madrid (Ana la Santa and Bosco de Lobos). This outpost in Barcelona is situated inside the recently renovated Mercat del Ninot, which has been beautifully overhauled and filled with more prepared-food options in an effort to appeal to Barcelona's younger crowd. Tall, open ceilings connect the space to the rest of the market, so despite the clean wooden walls and elegant full-circle bar, the humming of customers and activity gently filters into the space. The menu is focused on traditional Catalan food (tapas), but the thing to order is the 3-course menu of the day (just 14 euros), which serves up whatever looked good in the market that morning. "

We just had lunch here, Menu del dia, and it was delicious! Perfectly cooked and very tasty dishes, friendly waiters and nicely designed rooms! On top of it, it’s off the main touristic areas of Barcelona, so it was nice and quiet! We really enjoyed it and we’ll be back soon! 👌🏻 Definitely recommended

Honestly i can only rate the decor and beer. 2 stars for serving Heineken. We sat 30 minutes with menus and beer . When no one came to take our order we paid and went to Taktika Berri. Shame, the menu looks good. There were four staff and no other customers.

Excellent food, great ambience, great place. It has a familiar feel to it. Service is really good as well. I love the blend with spanish food and other plated such as the steak tartar, delicious!!!

One of the best restaurants in the area. Great price for some really, really good food. Very impressive dishes with a lot of attention for details. Nothing disappoints!

Realy nice restaurant and food. For me a totally new experience in Barcelona. I come in a lot of restaurants but this was amazingly good food and for Barcelona nice ambient and staff. I certainly come back next time I'm around.!!

Beautiful room and decor next to the market. Limited selection of beer and food was good but not great. Had the vongole and the pork burger and was overpriced.

This place used to be amazing. I came here every ither Saturday. I've been a couple of times recently, and it seems that the service and food have gone down. Such a pity!

Decent tasting food, but one of our waitresses seemed fairly annoyed and it was pretty pricey for what you got - dish was mostly just rice.
