I feel like Tara was extremely cold towards me and I feel totally ripped off to be told...... Paid my joining fee for me and my wife and had a year contract so cost approximately £1600 per month each which is not a problem as I liked the gym, I ate in the restaurant and had a great relationship with all staff (security, personal trainers and restaurant staff) daily and used there dry cleaning service so approximately spent £3000+ per month. Once my membership ended I was told to renew but as I was abroad in dubai so decided to wait till I'm back after 4 weeks. Got back spoke to Tara as I wanted to start gym again to be told I would be put on a waiting list that could take 3 months or longer to with no guarantees that i will be able to train again anytime soon. I feel disappointed as I paid my joining fee which cost thousands per person and then to be told I have to wait months before there might he a space available with no guarantee. The only way to resolve this is by offering my Gym membership back as I paid a hefty joining fee. Extremely disappointed and to be honest I don't usually feel this way, I also miss all the staff as I had a great relationship with a lot of them.

Really nice gym, the spin classes here are challenging but lots of fun, the instructor was really motivating. The only thing to note is that the changing rooms get so busy after class and is too small to accommodate everyone at once, and that there are enough lockers in there.

Absolutely nasty staff and food. The kitchen menu must be one of the worst in private clubs in London. Not recommended at all. The front desk lady with cheap make up must be removed from her position. I repeat myself about the food thought. Keep your money and time and dont waste it in KX Club.

The rudest personnel I've even seen! Pretentious and extremely arrogant. I was considering joining the club, but was met with a superiority glance from the lady on the front desk who didn't even consider talking to me..When I've asked for some information, I've been insulted by some pretentious member who made sure to say three times that this was a private club and that He was a member and not me. The service is below any acceptable level and the behavior of the personnel is just appalling. I am a member in several gym clubs and I would highly recommend not to join this one, unless you like being treated below any standards as a client.
