if you're looking for a specific watch or just browsing around- look for Ono- he speaks English and is very knowledgeable on watches. very accommodating too!

Komehyo Shinjuku is the first resale luxury store invited in my current trip to Tokyo. I have visited a few others big and small similar store but I couldn’t find the watch I really like. So I came back here 2 days after and finally pull the trigger!! It was the best bargain for my watch collection journey. Kudos to Kawauchi and Ono, they have made my shopping experience so easy. You are free to try on anything and don’t have the pressure to buy them. There are 3 of Komehyo in Shinjuku, this one is for watch and jewelry, the other two for bag and fashion, separate by man and woman.

I purchased a watch online a few months prior from Komehyo while in the US and had an excellent experience and found a great price on a watch that was in pristine condition. A few months later I had the opportunity to visit a few locations in Japan. The customer service was just as good in person with great accommodations for English-speakers.
