I left my hotel at 6am just to get to this place early. But as you can see, by 6:15am there was already a line. Once service started the line moved fast and I had by beef bowl by 6:30am. It may just be me, or maybe it was too early in the morning for my tastebuds. I expected more flavor from this dish. It was good, but I think I built myself up to expect more. Still a Good experience for 800yen.

Best thing we had a Tsukiji market, hands down. I was already very stuffed when we had this so thought I’d just have a little bit - but boy was it good! The meat was very tender and the stew/gravy soaked rice was just delicious. There was quite a long line but it moved pretty quickly. We waited for ~10 mins. Worth it.

We went there at around 1000 yesterday the queue was super long so decided to come earlier at another time. We went back at 0630 today. There was already a queue; we soldiered on as leaving Japan tomorrow. We took away several orders as our Hotel is just a minute walk away. Food was OK. Staff, as expected in any establishment in Japan, are nice. I noticed a lot of customers ordering beer this early in the morning. Whatever rock your boat I guess.

Not your typical beef with rice! The beefy flavor is so deep and rich, it’s like they’ve been slow cooking the meat for days. Definitely get the offal!

The shop made me be surprised. I usually didnt eat rice in breakfast, when seeing many people in line to get the food, im also curious. After i tried it, it tasted good and totally suitable for breakfast.
