This hotel has been great. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They assign someone to your room to handle all your needs, and March was assigned to us. He had a great personality, was so polite, and we really enjoyed working with him. Daniel was the yoga instructor, and we really enjoyed his classes. We also did a cocktail class, which was fun and gave us the opportunity to meet some of the other people staying in the hotel. They always kept our room clean, and our room had everything we needed. The whole hotel is such a nice little spot that makes you feel completely away from the city, despite being so close. Highly recommend

Nicest staff of any hotel I've ever stayed at. Set into the hillside jungle, the setting is absolutely beautiful. The food was fantastic, everything so fresh. Definitely do the private culinary experience. Massages at the spa were top class. Whole stay was extremely relaxing. Cayla took care of all our requests. I think it's worth pointing out again just how good the staff here were. So friendly.

We were fortunate enough to stay at Keemala in early January, 2025. We booked two of the tree pool houses for our family of five, including our boys, who are 19, 18 and 14. ||It’s an incredibly beautiful property and the food was excellent as well. We used the beach shuttle a couple of times to go to Kamala Beach and also took a tour of old town Phuket with a guide. ||I have nothing but good things to say. I hope someday to be back. Truly such a beautiful property. The boys really enjoyed it as well - especially their private pool and the resort pool.

This resort was the highlight of our Thailand honeymoon! 10/10 recommend!||We were assigned March as our villa host and he provided excellent service, local food and restaurant recommendations and communication through WhatsApp.||The resort was made for lovers, and our clay cottage villa was a romantic and relaxing retreat just a short drive away from the high energy of the city. We slept so comfortably in our canopy bed and the private pool was the best way to beat the heat.||Breakfast was so delicious, we ate there every day. We found our zen with meditation instructor Daniel and spa staff member Rose — highly recommend booking a class or treatment with them. The villa hosts also conduct a free photo tour around the resort and March took really beautiful photos — the best souvenir. Would gladly stay again!

My wife and I had a three-day stay at Keemala in late November 2024. We booked a standard room (Clay Cottage) with two Hilton free night certificates and points for the third night. Although we were hoping for a complementary upgrade as Hilton Diamond members we were told none was available due to it being season. The Hilton app confirmed the lack of availability. ||Regardless, the Clay Cottages rooms are absolutely beautiful. The bed is large and super comfortable. The bath room is very well put together. I’m a stickler about rain showers and the Clay Cottages have two rain showers, one indoors and the other outdoors with good, consistent pressure. The plunge pool for even the standard rooms is big enough to actually swim in. ||As Hilton Diamond members, we had free breakfast included for our stay. It’s a hike to get to restaurant from some parts of the property; however, the hotel’s buggy service is efficient and the staff are super friendly (more on that later). The breakfast includes both “Western” and traditional Thai offerings. My wife thoroughly enjoyed experimenting with the Thai offerings. I’m a bit more pedestrian in my palate and ate mostly the Western offerings ordered from the menu and I found the quality of the food to be very good. ||There’s a shuttle to the beach which we never used. However, by accident we did go to the beachfront, which we found to be a little drab. Patong Beach is nicer. We did not use the hotels spa during our stay. ||A final word about the staff. We found that during our stay in Thailand at both this property and the Park Hyatt Bangkok that the staff were extremely nice, professional and courteous. Nevertheless, I would like to give special praise to the staff at the restaurant who we found to be extremely hospitable throughout our stay. A young lady by the name of Chiina and another whose name I recall as ChaCha in particular deserve special recognition. They greeted us warmly each morning and even remembered our preferences. I sincerely hope management reads this review and acknowledges their hospitality. I was also so impressed with the entire staff. I have always heard that the hospitality in Asia far surpasses what we regularly receive in the West, but I must confess even with this in mind I was blown away by the service we received during my stay. We will definitely be back on our next adventure to Phuket.

We had an unforgettable experience from the moment we arrived, the staff are very welcoming and taken care of. Their attention to detail was exceptional. The pool, spa and views are out of this world. What really made our stay special was the extraordinary and personal service. The staff were genuine, friendly and kind especially „Lift“ our personal server very kind and treated us with care. „Lift“ from the first moment he greeted us to the last moment we saw him, he showed how important the first and last impression is. His face was the last one we saw, and that moment will stay in our memory. He truly embodied the saying: „The first impression counts, the last impression remains“ We had beautiful memories that will last with us for a lifetime.

Just returned from a 4D3N stay. Wonderful experience! Stayed at the top end Bird's Nest Villa and was not disappointed. Hotel crew was super attentive and made sure guests were pampered at all times. We had breakfast daily at Mala Restaurant, tried massage at Mala Spa, tried yoga and used the gym daily. Of course the highlight of the stay had to be the private pool with jacuzzi that had a Bird's eye view of the Andaman Sea.

Keemala is more than a resort, it is an exquisite destination. The Villas are exceptional, the grounds are lovely, and the service is outstanding. The spa was world class and our Villa Host, March, was amazing. He took care of every detail of our visit and made our experience one we will always cherish.
