The first time I ordered from KDPresse I had a wonderful experience - fast shipping and delivery, beautiful magazines. So naturaly, I ordered from their webshop again, but this time problems with the delivery service provider occured and it seemed like my parcel was lost - however, the KDPresse team promptly reacted and was swift to help me with every step along the way to securing my magazines. They even offered to resend my magazines without a cost and soon enough they arrived - I am amazed by them! I highly recommend ordering from them since they have a beautiful curation of magazines and they’re really attentive of every costumer to make sure they’re satisfied. I’ll definitely be ordering again soon. Thank you once again for your help :)

Great attention service! Had a problem with the delivery of my parcel, as it never arrived. Contacted them through instagram, and I couldn’t be more pleased! Answered immediately every step of the way, super nice people, super helpful and willing to help. After waiting for a few days to see if my parcel would finally arrived, they offered me a refund or resending me the parcel. I chose to for the re-send and they even paid for the difference with the tracking service. Will defiantly buy again.

Best costumer service you can wish for! DHL failed to deliver the package and communicated that the package was being send back to KDPresse. KDPresse was very understanding and immediately send over a new copy of the magazine via UPS. A great collection of magazines, they always have the ones I'm searching for.

Me and my friend was in Paris two weeks ago and was so lucky to see their showroom. Had the best tour guide that I dont remember the name to, but he gave us the best experience and made us feel so welcome. If you have the time, and an interest for magazines, you need to visit them.
