Best costumer service you can wish for! DHL failed to deliver the package and communicated that the package was being send back to KDPresse. KDPresse was very understanding and immediately send over a new copy of the magazine via UPS. A great collection of magazines, they always have the ones I'm searching for.

Great attention service! Had a problem with the delivery of my parcel, as it never arrived. Contacted them through instagram, and I couldn’t be more pleased! Answered immediately every step of the way, super nice people, super helpful and willing to help. After waiting for a few days to see if my parcel would finally arrived, they offered me a refund or resending me the parcel. I chose to for the re-send and they even paid for the difference with the tracking service. Will defiantly buy again.

Me and my friend was in Paris two weeks ago and was so lucky to see their showroom. Had the best tour guide that I dont remember the name to, but he gave us the best experience and made us feel so welcome. If you have the time, and an interest for magazines, you need to visit them. Thank you again!

! ARNAQUE ! Je n'ai jamais reçu mon abonnement, mais pour autant mon compte a bien été débité du montant... Service client injoignable (malgré les relances) pour connaître la cause du problème ou pour un remboursement. Ce site est une ARNAQUE, A FUIR !!
