Great location, in a beautiful part of Bol with pretty views over the harbour. Hotel was very clean and acceptable for 3 stars. However the reason for my poor review is the fact that the air conditioning in the room was terrible and hardly worked; even after hours of being on full capacity. The rooms were advertised as having AC and trying to sleep after a 35C day was awful with essentially no AC in the room. Once this is fixed, I would recommend the hotel. For now, I will not be back.

This hotel is located right on the seafront, all rooms look out onto the sea/promenade Breakfast was continental buffet style, with salads and bruscheta, cheese, ham and eggs etc The room had a nice little Juliet balcony which was maybe just a bit too small to sit comfortably but was a nice addition

HORRIBLE experience! The hotel is old and we did not expect luxury, but if you are paying 100 euros for B&B per person, you might expect a decent level of quality for accommodation/service. The room did not have air-condition, even though you pay for that (front desk people will tell you it just broke down, but if you do your research, you will discover it has not been not working for at least 3 years). They refused to help us with any problem/request we had, refused to give us another room, they were very unpleasant, even aggressive at times. We had to keep an open window just to breathe, which is a problem, since the balcony is directly above the night club! Partying half the night, cleaning the for the other half!|Parking (very far as well) - even if your stay is 12 hrs, you will have to pay for 2 full days (of course, you are not informed in advance). Everything here is non-negotiable, staff will not make even the tiniest effort to help you with anything. Checkout experience - horrible! "Just get lost" attitude. The staff should rethink their life choices, or the owner should rethink their staffing policy!|The nicest thing is the beautiful terrace where you can have breakfast (a decent one).

Perfect location, room with a balcony and a view to die for! Fabulous staff who made us feel so welcome. Facilities were basic but spotless and great value, wonderful vibe. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the most amazing view of the seafront was memorable. Their pizza restaurant below is also the best on Bol. Will be back.

Hotel is on nice location but it is not worth of money. Rooms are very old, breakfast is ok but not more then ok. Parking is the worst thing because there is no parking next to the hotel. Parking is 15 min from hotel and they charge 10 euros per day! We were shocked with that. They don't have any possibility for making coffee or tee in room. Coffee is free for breakfast. Otherwise had to be paid. And it can't be taken to the room even thoo is their restaurant. Music from bar under is extremly loud. People from room next to us said how their AC wasn't working and no one came to check. I guess we were lucky with that. People who work at the hotel are really nice and try to help with everything. But I wouldn't recommend this hotel. It costs too much for what is offering.

Excellent location. ||We had two rooms on the third floor. First room is small and very basic with a queen bed. |The second room had a queen and a twin for our 3 boys / teenagers. The second room is slightly larger. |The mattresses are firm so that might work for some. |Very thin and super long curtains that don’t block the light so prepared to wear an eye mask if you plan to sleep past 5:30 am in July. |Breakfast is good but not great - no fresh juices and the like. |Safe didn’t work in one of the rooms so we used the one in the other room. |No elevator, but the two floor climb isn’t bad really. |Bathroom is tiny and they only supply a single pump that a shampoo/body wash liquid preloaded. No soap bars or anything else. ||The most annoying thing though is that the room cards can’t hold their programming for more than a couple of hours. We were up and down reprogramming cards throughout our stay. ||We didn’t try the restaurant at night.||No parking options other than a rented lot that is a 10 min walk up a very steep hill. Be prepared.

Had to park our car 20 mins walk from the hotel and we were told that there is parking closeby! The AC in our room did not work and they provided a fan in replacement! It’s well located with live music just below our room at an iconic bar!

Nice place, perfect location, friendly staff and clean. Unfortunately the Air conditioning was not the best, did not cool the room even if we had it on max fan and coolest temperature.
