I’ve been working with Dr. Suman for both meditation coaching and wellness for about a month. I started working with him during a very difficult time, and he listened to me openly and addressed my health and spiritual challenges knowledgeably and without judgment. I am truly so grateful for his support — I would not be where I am today without it — and I believe he could be an excellent mentor to anyone looking to practice meditation and/or explore their spirituality.

When we first consulted nine years ago, after reading my detailed medical history, Dr. Suman told me we could work on getting me to ninety years old. We’re halfway there. Dr. Suman treats the whole person, a backache, anxiety, questions about mortality. He is knowledgeable, very approachable and invariably kind. I see Dr. Suman weekly to maintain my health, not just when I have a problem. Thanks to his efforts, I sleep better than I ever did, I do tai chi daily, and my lower back is seldom painful. When I asked Dr. Suman what happens when I reach 90, he said that “our contract is renewable.” Wow!

Suman Chaudhuri, DC practices an incredibly effective method of holistic chiropractic medicine, which heals the mind, body, and soul. The patient must be willing to participate in their own healing process (listen, learn, and apply) with full expectation of achieving full permanent healing. My first visit with Dr. Suman was in May 2006 when my body was fully ridden with psoriasis. I’m happy to report my body has been clear for at least 12-14 years. I continue to see Dr. Suman periodically, which continues to help me heal on my physical journey and also to maintain a consistent sense of peace and focus on my life. Thank you from my heart, Suman. This is a great place for holistic bodywork and healing. I can't say enough good things about Suman and his team! They are open, welcoming, and have a knowledge of expertise that can point you in the direction you need to go.

I have been going to the Karuna Center for almost 10 years for meditation immersions, reiki and regular holistic health visits with Dr. Suman. The Karuna center has always been an extremely supportive space that has helped me navigate many of life’s challenges and also assisted me when I just need some extra care.

LOVE Dr.Suman!! He is a real naturopath. He is very well educated and explains how bodily systems work in a way you can understand.

He listens. Has more than one tool in his toolbox. Not a bunch of machines, as in other places. Never felt rushed. Generated progress with neck pain that had resisted treatment with steroids.
