Bad service from the guy working this morning. Store was empty and he says there is a policy against trying on clothes? Don’t go if you are tourist. Not welcoming to foreigners

The male staff wearing glasses was very unfriendly. When asked about size, he said there's not the size I want without checking. And he said I have to wait to try out clothes when the fitting room was clearly empty. (no one was inside or waiting) If you don't want any foreign customers, just put it on a sign saying 'this is a racist store'. I believe the management department of Kapital should do something about this. *The store in Ebisu was 10000000 times more friendly, and I bought 2 pieces there. Just go there.

Had a great experience here. Kind customer service that made an English speaker feel welcomed. Visited all the Kapital stores near Tokyo and this was by far my favorite one. Now that I have my member card, I’ll be back!

Had a variety of items, but didn’t see anything that I liked. Will go and check out the other locations.
