The food quality wasn't as good as it was. Many things were not properly maintained. The swimming pool wasn't properly cleaned. The room was quite old and need to be refurbished.

good rooms, clean bathrooms and nice view. staffs are friendly. the only downside was the restaurant served the food for too long, we had to wait almost an hour. but aside that, the sceneries and other services were excellent. staffs are well-informed about the city, places to go etc. thanks a lot, it was a nice experience.

Great place and atmosphere. The room was unique and spacious but a bit old. Drinking water can be refilled through water machine outside each bungalow. You can get a private canoe if you stay in the lake view cottage. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Prayer room (Musholla) is available on the back of the resort, quite big and people conduct Jum'at prayer there.

This place is AMAZING. We went on a weekday so it wasn't crowded.the breakfast was delicious and we found a cute cat.the place has a lot of good entertainment, but the bad thing was there was lots of bugs in our room.

Nice place also the weather was great for activities sunny but not hot cos the breeze

Cozy hotels, very calm and charming lake with a lot of koi fish and it was very nice to relax on it with canoe, beautifully and traditionally decorated rooms, excellent service, but quite remote location and bath tub should be cleaner..

The restaurant serves a variety of foods, both western and Sundanese. The taste of the chili sauce is delicious, plus grilled fish, tempe mendoan and warm rice plus bandrek drinks.
