Great Chinese restaurant at the 1F because they served great food with reasonable price. The server tried to memorize our favorable order and always wear sweet smile. Awesome service at the lounge, the receptionists remembered who I am and called my name. The lounge served breakfast, afternoon tea and happy hour in the evening which made customers who stayed over the weekend easier.

We recently spent a delightful 7 nights at the JW Marriott Hanoi in the executive suite, and it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel itself is fabulous, but it's truly the staff that makes it exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with warmth and care. The executive lounge staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. A special thank you to Ms. Thoa and Mr. Sang, along with all the other wonderful staff members in the lounge area, for their outstanding hospitality. They showed genuine empathy and provided us with personalized care, making us feel right at home. Our daughter was especially loved and cared for, and she was thrilled to receive a special gift from the staff. This thoughtful gesture truly touched our hearts. I wholeheartedly recommend the JW Marriott Hanoi to anyone looking to experience top-notch hospitality. We look forward to returning in the future!

Outstanding hotel with superb facilities and best lounge and rooftop pool and gym. Excellent for stay and weekend escapes. Nice friendly staff. Delicious Vietnamese, Japanese, Continental and Indian food.

We stayed at the property for just one night, but I would say it was a pleasant experience. The property location is good, the staffs were polite and very helpful. Room service staffs were very nice! The food experience was great. Would rate this hotel a 10 on 10! Unfortunately, I couldn't take any pictures of the room, all I have it the view from our room.

Luxury hotel with some of the best services we’ve had. Afternoon tea at the lounge was so delicious and they let us customize the order to serve vegetarian diet. The jazz club Cool Cats was a fun evening experience and the spa was the best we visited in Hanoi.

The room I was assigned had black mold on the wall. Upon checking in, I noticed a musty odor, which I attributed to the recent typhoon. However, after two nights, I discovered that one wall was entirely covered with black mold. I inquired with my colleagues about the condition of their rooms, and they said no issues with mold or any musty smells. This indicated that the problem was not related to the inclement weather, but rather to a lack of proper maintenance. When I checked out, I informed the front desk staff about the mold issue. Unfortunately, the staff member did not express any apologies; instead, he merely stated that they would investigate the matter. It has now been approximately ten days, and I have yet to receive any response. I am deeply disappointed by the quality of service at the JW Marriott hotel and will not consider staying there in the future.

WOW! What a beautiful property. Everything was perfect. Super friendly team, a fantastic room & amenities, flawless service, a lovely Executive Lounge, and an amazing breakfast buffet. Well done! Thank you to everyone for an unforgettable experience.

We checked in on August 20th, and the receptionist at the JW front desk, Huy, was warm and attentive in helping us with the check-in process. He thoughtfully suggested that we use the executive lounge. We received excellent hospitality here, and the room service was also considerate and meticulous. My daughter was very happy and kept asking to go to the garden for a barbecue. 🍖
