JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi

JW always delivers so I knew this would be a good one, but man did it blow us away. The room is very spacious and clean as usual. However, this place is massive with several options for drinks and food on the premise including an outdoor area, which was really enjoyable to walk to. The staff are very attentive and helpful if you’re looking for local activities and restaurants.

Had the most amazing stay at this hotel. While the location is a bit far from old town from a tourist perspective I would still recommend the same for its absolutely peaceful and serene surroundings. The room that we stayed at was itself fabulous with a view of the lake and gardens and the skyscrapers beyond. The service levels were absolutely five star right from check in to the experience we had in the lounge and their all day restaurant jw cafe. The top floor of the hotel is remarkably designed with an indoor swimming pool, a cafe, a spa and more and above all a gorgeous viewing deck. A brilliant hotel to spend a few nights or more in Hanoi. Highly Recommend.

We stayed at the JW Marriott Hanoi last minute due to extensive flight delays be missed our cruise to Halong Bay. They exceeded all expectations and made tired travellers who had been in airports and flights for two days feel welcome and relaxed. We couldn't have asked for more. Arriving at 1am, the front desk was surprisingly perky and cheerful. They were not able to provide us with connecting rooms which was fine given the last minute booking. The rooms were exquisite, clean, and we had amazing rest. The lounge breakfast was so wonderful with so many choices French and Vietnamese cuisine. Everything was so good and we felt so spoiled. We walked outside the property and visited with the animals and fruit trees, which was a peaceful experience before venturing into old quarter chaos! Thank you JW Marriott - we would love to visit again!

Excellent hotel the staff are amazing and so helpful. The executive lounge is great place to relax. We stayed 6 nights, the wellness centre on top floor was a god send, indoor pull, sauna, steam, jacuzzi and an excellent gym. Great restaurants and food. Special shout out to Thao from the executive lounge ,who arranged a new room for us and was so helpful and just a beautiful person. Also to sunny who helped me find my glasses and order medicine to be delivered to hotel. Lastly Linh from the executive lounge fountain of knowledge of places to visit. Best hotel in Hanoi.

I am writing my review even before I check out, because the stay was so good. I want to thank the team at JW Marriott Hanoi for making my stay so pleasant and relaxing. The hotel is magnificent with so many top quality facilities. The staffs were all very friendly and helpful, with special thanks to Natalie (Ngoc) from the lounge. She was very helpful from the moment she assisted with my check in. We truly enjoyed her warm hospitality throughout our stay. I look forward to return to JW Marriott Hanoi in the future.

My recent stay at JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a level of professionalism that sets this hotel apart. The staff exemplify top-notch customer service, ensuring every detail of my stay was seamless and memorable. Their attentiveness and genuine care for guest satisfaction are truly commendable. I had a request to create something memorable for my son 6-month birthday, and they did not disappoint. They truly enjoyed playing with babies and helped my wife with everything she needed while I was away on business. The breakfast buffet deserves special praise — it is simply phenomenal. The wide selection of dishes, both international and local, showcases impeccable food quality and attention to detail. Every bite was fresh, flavorful, and carefully prepared, reflecting the hotel's unwavering commitment to excellence in culinary experiences. One morning we did not see our favorite watermelon juice, so we asked why. She said the watermelon for that morning did not meet their sweetness standards so they refused to serve it. JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi goes above and beyond in every aspect, delivering unparalleled hospitality and comfort. If you're seeking luxury, professionalism, and world-class service, this hotel is the gold standard. Highly recommended!

As expected of JW Marriott, comfortable beds, beautiful hotel, pool and garden. A impressive breakfast buffet, giving you a taste of Japan, India. Korean, American, and of course, Vietnam. ||However, the one thing that differentiates this hotel is world class hospitality of the staff. You are greeted warmly from the moment you arrive until you leave. This team did not miss a beat. No matter what my request or needs, this staff delivered with a smile. Everything from early check in to finding/buying banh trang that doesn’t need to be dip in water. ||A special thank-you to Ms. Nga, Guest Relations Office, and Mr. Viet Anh, for making my stay exceptional!

Me and my 5 friends had to leave another hotel in the middle of the night because we felt unsafe and found this one. It was 1:30 in the morning and we weren’t able to book anything online. We called front desk in hopes they could get us in a room that night. The sweetest women in the world answered the phone and asked if we were in a safe location, asked to have the street name we were on, and checked how far we were from the hotel. She took maybe 15 minutes max and found us 2 rooms and made sure we had a way to get there. When we arrived it was a beautiful property and the staff rushed out to our car to grab our bags. One staff member came up to our room to offer a third bed so we wouldn’t have to share and was the sweetest man ever. The staff has been beyond our expectations, the rooms are beautiful, the beds are comfortable, and they have wonderful amenities.I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and safe stay.
