Juan's Flaming Fajitas & Cantina

Hands down, the best in Las Vegas. We have been here twice. First time was lunch and second for dinner. We were well satisfied both times. The food comes out hot and is very good. Tortillas are fresh and everything is packed with flavor. The service is impeccable. They are very attentive. Truly very good staff. Never saw any of the staff not pulling their share of the work The restaurant was very clean and they made sure to keep it clean as they went.

I've written many times about my experiences at JFF. Let me just give you a tip.. Go here! The service and wait staff are wonderful,efficient, kind, and patient. I've had the choice of dining in all locations in Vegas. My favorite dining spots are the Water Street Henderson and the North Las Vegas location. Any of the choices on the menu would be a great choice. If you want things a bit spicy, just ask, and they will bring out the heat salsa. They even have a happy hour.

It was my first time here, and I was very impressed. The Service was quick, professional and perfect. Our server made suggestions for alternatives versus rice and beans, the tortilla chips were thin, crispy and fresh. Salsas were delicious. The steak fajitas were cooked perfectly. I will definitely return.

Family in town told us Juan's is their favorite, but we ended up at this location which was also new to them. They confirmed quality is consistent - aka perfection! For a place with a DICTIONARY of a menu, I left confident that anything you order is great. Such stunning atmosphere, the BEST SERVICE I have ever had (chips and drinks refilled way ahead). The starters of chips with 2 salsa's and beans are great, the noodle soup free starter is very fun (like Spanish Rice in soup form). We shared a bit of everything so I can say it all tasted great. From the birria torta (mind blowing flavor) to the Steak with Shrimp and Scallops in wine sauce (wow...) and ceviche (one of our family members go-to; very very light and refreshing) to the great fish taco in crispy flour tortilla and a classic tamale. You don't need my review of what to try, anything is good. Their literal tableside flaming fajitas look fun for sure! Last - FREE REFILLS on HORCHATA is a first for me - that's a dangerous game.

This is my first time at Flaming Fajitas and I enjoyed my bar dining experience. I feel like it was the same as if I sat a table when I ordered the famous dish. The bartenders are very attentive. I never felt like they forgot about me just because I already had my drink. They all seemed genuinely happy to work there too. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was vibrant. As I looked around, people of all ages looked happy to dine there. No one was waiting too long for their food either. I will be back with friends!

My first time here and I was pleasantly surprised. Really good food, fresh guacamole and pico de gallo. Happy hour Margarita was wonderful! The staff was very attentive. There was live entertainment - not so loud you couldn't enjoy your meal and a wonderful voice. The flauta was almost big enough to be a burrito. Really nice sized portions overall. Fideo soup was hot and full of noodles. I really enjoyed myself and will definitely be returning.

Great place for a date night. The food and service are great! The atmosphere is one of the best on this side of town. The food rating took a hit because the soup and rice needed flavor or just salt. Everything else was top notch! Make sure to visit soon!

This is one of our favorite Mexican restaurants in Vegas. Everyone always talks about Lindo Michoacan, but Juan's Flaming Fajitas & Cantina beats them any day in my opinion. The service is always on point, the food is delicious, never takes to long and the make their tortillas on the spot. The chiles toreados and cebollas are my favorite, a must have!!! We always come here for special occasions.
