I was looking for a quality perfume and found this place. The place is quiet. The door was locked, I had my first practice for the last 2 years. The door was locked for selected visitors, as I understand. There are more than 80 brands. The staff can help you to choose.

Jovoy Mayfair’s staff is top notch! Not only is the staff warm and inviting, but they are eager to help you find scents based on your taste; even putting you on to scents that you would have never discovered! The gentleman who helped me, Thomas, wasn’t imposing, and he let me take my time discovering scents in store until I found one to purchase! Not only was he letting me discover on my own, but he made solid recommendations and honestly helped me to decide on at least the next five fragrances that I will buy! You can tell that everyone that works at this location is not only knowledgeable about fragrance, but they are passionate about fragrance as well! When I purchased my fragrance, Thomas hooked me up with the sample of the fragrances that I was most interested in test driving on skin! He even threw in some random samples! All in all , this was an AMAZING experience and I’ll be back to shop there again when vacationing in London!

Mariko and Crystal were as delightful as they were knowledgeable, guiding me through an intoxicating maze of scent combinations with charm and expertise. Today was my 2nd visit to this beautiful store and on both occasions I had an amazing experience. Crystal is so sweet and helpful. She is so patient, you won’t feel rushed and she makes sure you get the right fragrance. It’s a fragrance heaven if you’re a fragrance lover. I highly recommend this place. ♥️

We had a wonderful experience at this gorgeous fragrance store. Our hostess Crystal was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and provided us with a really relaxed, insightful and memorable afternoon. We both purchased beautiful fragrances and nothing was a problem for the team there. Thanks et Merci beaucoup Crystal!

Lovely place to visit; similar to their main store in Paris. Fewer brands here, but still an impressive collection available. Staff are fine to leave you browse at your own leisure; but also are knowledgeable and great conversationalists, should you require help.
