Every Jeni's that I've been to, across the country, has been a consistently fantastic experience, and this spot is no exception.
It’s massive and immaculately clean, with wonderfully kind and friendly employees who welcome you in and offer samples. There’s a ton of seating all around, and a great people watching spot in the neighborhood.
Every flavor is fresh and delicious. I went for a waffle cone with some of their seasonal fall flavors which really hit the spot. Love the creativity, creaminess, and massive flavor bursts from their ice creams.
Highly recommend this spot for some great ice cream!

If you have never been to Jeni's, you've got to check it out.
They have so many original flavors, including dairy free and gluten free options! The dairy-free options are Coconut based if they're not a sorbet ; I personally am not usually a fan of coconut-based ice creams, however, I did find that the Texas sheet cake one wasn't overly coconutty!

Perfect stop on a hot summer day. Came with a friend to chit chat and tried a few flavors! I like they have dairy free vegan options too. I got the Texas sheet cake which was vegan but still sooooooo delicious and full of chocolate flavor. Interior was very clean and service was nice!

Best ice cream in STL!! They have so unique flavors and classics, each flavor I got was amazing and super creamy. I love how they do half scoops so you can try more flavors. I highly recommend the brambleberry crisp flavor! 🔥🍨

I heard Jeni being interviewed on a major foodie podcast a couple years ago and absolutely loved the way she articulated her desire for off-the-wall flavors. She wasn't afraid to try new things. Her creativity, profound scientific approach to flavor components, and endless obsession with creating better flavor combinations all come together in pure harmony when you try her ice creams. She is very meticulous about her ingredients which is why she uses grass fed cream, and doesn't saturate the ice cream with tons of sugar.
I was ecstatic when I found out she had a shop here in STL!
Jeni's is among the best grown up ice cream I've ever had (second best would be Ice Cream Factory *sold in ice cream parlors, not grocery stores.* ICF is what I call the "kid version" because every bite is studded with massive amounts of cookie pieces, candy bits, etc., while Jeni's is more for a refined foodie palette: like their Goat Cheese with Red Cherries, Brown Butter Almond Brittle, Brandied Banana Brûlée, Sweet Cream Biscuits and Peach Jam, etc., etc., etc.)
The ambience is also super cute, but usually packed on the weekends with very limited parking, but it's worth it.

The ice cream is wonderful here. The staff worked around a nut allergy and scooped ice cream from the back from new containers to avoid cross contamination. Can be really crowed. However, the line moved quickly.

Paco was so nice, made it welcoming to try multiple flavors. All fantastic. Tried gooey butter cake, salted peanut butter, and strawberry buttermilk, settled on getting salted PB, butter cake, purple starborn and coffee. The purple star born is delicious and tastes like an açaí bowl made with Greek yogurt.
