Enjoyed a great stay here. Warm and quick check-in with extra orientation. Loved the amenities, such as the hot tub, including the restaurant Inn Grill. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious. The balcony had a mountain view. The pony express stop was steps from my room. Appreciated the in-room hot water kettle. Having flexibility during check out was helpful.

Rating: 5/5 stars During my recent stay at this inn, I was pleased to discover a clean and well-maintained establishment. The daily housekeeping services were a notable highlight, ensuring that my room remained tidy and comfortable throughout my visit. Although I was disappointed to find that the pool facility and sauna were closed due to renovation, I appreciate the inn's efforts to upgrade their amenities. One area for improvement lies in the inn's breakfast offerings. While the rooms were clean and comfortable, the lack of complimentary coffee and bread in the morning felt like a missed opportunity. I suggest that the inn consider providing these basic amenities to enhance the overall guest experience. Despite this oversight, I would still highly recommend this inn to fellow travelers. With a few tweaks to their services, I have no doubt that this establishment will continue to excel in providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay for its guests.

Staff are friendly and are very efficient. The rooms super clean luv that . The amenities super nice too I recommend the sauna/steam spa. The dining experience so amazing nice ambience in the dining room recommend the chocolate cake

Simple clean rooms with what you need. Small fridge, safe, hot shower and warm bed. They also offer lockers for ski/board equipment, and a laundromat. It's a nice walk into town, just a few blocks.

Had to be evacuated because of wildfires. They did not charge my card for my stay. Suddenly charged my card today, 1 month after I had to leave. Thanks for not giving me any notice about charging my card. Just received an email with no message, just an attached invoice saying my card was charged. After having to take a 700km detour, spending several hundred dollars extra on fuel, having to find accommodations on very short notice (that was fun) and overall not enjoying the stay due to the +37 heat and no a/c, surprise! We charged your credit card without giving you a heads up! You want me to pay for my stay? That's fine. I understand Jasper was closed for several weeks. Just give me a heads up so I can make sure my card has available credit on it! Believe it or not I had to make other purchases since I had to leave a month ago!

Loved the room as it was really huge. shower was good, bed was cozy and the pillow, location is technically good, but the trains in the railyard (800m/2400ft) do horn, also at 6:00 am, wifi is good and staff friendly (but forgetful): We had to ask twice for the paperbrick for the fireplace (which is super cozy), lights and kitchen are good, unfortunately the heating system (espescially the floor heating) didn't work properly, but still a good hotel. Recommended.

The room was very clean but, it needs a lot of love. As you head upstairs to bedroom you notice chunks of wood missing. I don’t mean gauges, I mean chunks! The couch you could only sit on half of it comfortably the other half you sank in at a very odd angle. Then as you look at the mattress it is noticeably shaped like a a taco holder! Even if you lie on the bed by yourself your taken into the middle of the bed and it was a struggle to get to the edge. When two people are in it is extremely uncomfortable. During the stay, Ivy the virtual front desk clerk asked how the stay was and I told her …… crickets. The part of the stay that pissed me off the most (I understand it is an older property) was during checkout this morning ( 25/10/24) the front desk clerk asked how the stay was I very politely told her about the mattress. Her response was “ well we can make everyone happy “. I knew my stay was over and I paid for it. I was looking out for the next guest. IF YOU DON’T CARE DON’T ASK! When I left I was not impressed at all. Pissed off actually. This was are third stay at this property and probably after that interaction and leaving completely exhausted because of trying to sleep in a very uncomfortable bed are last.

I've been going/staying at this place since I was a child so it's a very special place for me, Jasper is my second home. This hotel is within walking distance to everything so once I arrive I can walk everywhere and I love that. The rooms are reasonable and you can get several different options for families at a decent price, in my opinion. The buffet breakfast is EXTREMELY disappointing for the ridiculous price, and the staff/service was awful!
