This place has so much amazing antique fire arms, but I came because it is the original site of Peychaud's pharmacy, where the famous bitters were created. The owner showed me a bottle over 100 years old of Peychauds, awesome history

Great salesman had some good conversations. Good place to stop in most of the everything has been athenticated or they tell you it's a reproduction

This place has your standard antique arms. I didn't see anything rare. Extremely high priced. Do your homework on prices before buying. $975 for a trapdoor with a cracked stock? $3500 for a very rough '42 Harpers Ferry? Come on! That's double the value on both!

Very nice and friendly staff. In my humble opinion, however, the gold coins are overpriced (compared to published values). My suggestion to anyone who's ready to start investing in gold coins –do your homework. Know what you want and it's true value before you invest (year, mint mark, condition, etc). If you can't remember those metrics, bring a current coin guide with you to the shop. Look up the coin's true value in the guide, then compare that value to the price they are selling the coin for. If you're willing to take the hit, buy it... If not, look somewhere else.

I called Jerry and asked him to look at an antique Napoleonic sword for me. He said to send him some photos and that he would try to determine if it's authentic to the period. I did this then never heard from him. Sent two emails and called, no reply. Don't say you're going to do things and then never do them. I realize it's a favor, but it was important to me. Obviously not to you.
