While most people recommend dinner at sunset which I am sure will be a gorgeous site if the sky is clear, we went for lunch on a cloudy day. It was still a gorgeous site, breathtaking views and the food was delicious and plenty! The server was nice and courteous. I highly recommend this place for a meal, lunch or a sunset dinner.

I booked the Birds Nest for my husband’s birthday and we both enjoyed it so much. The view was amazing, food was incredible and it was probably the best customer service we had during our whole trip. The shuttle transfer from our resort was also very smooth and safe. We will definitely visit Ivan’s again.

I had the pleasure of dining at Ivan’s Bar @ Catch A Falling Star in Negril, Jamaica, and it was an unforgettable experience. The location is absolutely stunning, perched on a cliff with breathtaking views that make for the perfect sunset dinner setting. The vibes are incredibly relaxing, and the service was top-notch. Our server, Ardrene, was friendly, attentive, and professional, making our evening even more enjoyable. As for the food, it was outstanding! I had the curry goat, and I can confidently say it's the best I've had in Jamaica (and I've tried it at many places). The portion was generous, and the flavors were absolutely spot on. We also tried the jerk chicken penne, which was equally fantastic. For drinks, we ordered two margaritas, and they were made just right—refreshing and perfectly balanced. While it’s a bit on the pricier side, this is a fine dining experience and you definitely get what you pay for: excellent food, exceptional service, and an unforgettable atmosphere. The property itself is stunning, and the whole experience felt like a slice of paradise. Highly recommend!

One of our favorite meals in the West End! We started with tasty cocktails and the appetizer trio. My husband got the Jerk Platter with chicken shrimp and fish. I got the vegetarian pasta with penne pasta and a creamy jerk sauce - so good. Service was slow but the view was spectacular so no need to rush.

Nothing beats great food, ambience and service. Ivan’s has all three. My steamed fish was piping hot and delicious. The view of the Negril’s cliff side will easily make this once of my favorites.

Jamaica a my space and also Ivan’s restaurant just a few minutes walk down the street from Rick’s cafe you can find one of the most beautiful restaurants with beautiful service. If you’re like me that loved a more upscale vibes while watching the sunset in negril with a more authentic Jamaican food and music Ivan’s by the water is for you.

We came in and had a drink at the bar while the staff were resetting tables after a quick shower. We seated and watched a beautiful sunset. We received complimentary pumpkin soup that was delicious. We shared two combo platter type of appetizers and everyone loved the meal they received. Service was good and attentive. Nice sit down restaurant with relaxed vibes and a beautiful view.
