InterContinental Shanghai Pudong

Have been staying here for the last few years. Super helpful front desk and concierge, lovely people and great services as always. All the gentlemen are great. Lounge services is getting better and better each day with Lily and York being there. And the food being served have significant improvement. Location is great. Room is maintained very well given age of the hotel. Great value for money. Since they changed a new GM with Mr Roy being in charge , it’s even better than before ! Highly recommended.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Lily jolly and Zoe were very nice and kind. Service was excellent. Love Shanghai and love this hotel. Hotel location was great, easy access to all railways, restaurants, shopping centres. 3 stops away from Waitan, Shanghai food was yummy, my kids finally started to enjoy Asian food.

The hotel had very nice seasonal decorations at the time of my visit in December 2024. Thanks to the amazing service at the Executive Club, my stay was exceptionally pleasant and relaxing. I will definitely continue visiting this hotel with great amenities and high-standards of relentless customer service.

We enjoyed a one-night layover in Shanghai and selected this hotel due to its convenient location, making travel easy with Didi or the Maglev train. While we booked a Classic room, Ms. Meilinda graciously upgraded us to a Junior Suite, ensuring an exceptionally comfortable stay. We easily explored nearby malls on foot, enjoying both dinner and shopping. The hotel provided a delicious and well-prepared breakfast, and we slept soundly. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again. We extend our sincere thanks to all the hotel staff for their excellent service and making our trip memorable.

Twice a year I call The Intercontinental home, and feel welcomed each time. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff greeted me with warm smiles, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. One of the highlights was the hotel's breakfast buffet which offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, from hot local dishes to pastries. Further more Lily and the Executive Team lounge are fabulous, each might feels like you're dining with friends.

A great stay as always at pudong. Andrew, Monika, Pearl, Zoe, and Hana were fantastic as usual in the executive lounge. The ambiance is excellent at this hotel with a classic feel

Very comfortable hotel with warm and friendly staff. They made us feel very welcome and took good care of us. Rooms were spacious. Buffet breakfast had a large variety of food. Hotel is conveniently located in Pudong near subway and shopping malls.
